I went in there to sell some sentimental jewelry and was given some honest, sound and sincere advice. I'm so grateful I listened to him. This man is as honest as they come. I'll definitely be going there again in the future!

I’m a new Stratford resident and when I was looking to get some custom work done on a sentimental ring. I went to a couple of places in town to see their operation and to get quotes. I first went to Swanson’s and it was a disaster. They cracked the face of one of my watches during a battery replacement and gave me a greatly inflated price to do the custom ring work. I then went to Konrad’s where I knew immediately I was at a professional jeweller. Walking in I was greeted by Vicky who carefully listened to what I wanted done.
