Where we offer a combination of yoga, strength, mobility, and functional movement training. We provide a safe, welcoming atmosphere that will help you explore and develop your inner strength, and further your health and wellness goals through a mind/body connection. Our studio is clean, small, inviting, and supportive. Our aim is to help you feel confident and move better in your body. We will teach you how to keep your joints mobile, build strength, and guide you towards a more movement based lifestyle.

Nicki Irwin is the owner and founder of Shape 4 Life & Satya Yoga offering Personal Training, Yoga & Mobility classes. She started her fitness journey in her early teens when she realized the importance of improving her own fitness and health. Her interests included running, biking, competitive horseback riding and working out at the gym.
The goal of our classes is to provide a sustainable healthy practice, that challenges the brain, the muscles, the joints, and stimulates the nervous system. Each class ends in restorative relaxation. Personal trainers can make the difference in the success of your fitness program. I can work with you on a regular basis or a consulting basis to help design a customized workout for you.

Each class ends in restorative relaxation. This practice is a fresh twist on traditional yoga. It focuses on an integrative approach to natural movement.

I am here to help you overcome the obstacles that can get in the way of becoming your best self. Personal training is offered at the Shape 4 Life studio or in the comfort of your own home.
Bootcamps are conducted in a group atmosphere, where you are surrounded with like minded people who will encourage and motivate you. Workouts are designed to help build lean muscle that will strengthen and tone your body. They are a combination of fun, playful, and challenging workouts with all fitness levels in mind.

Nicki has been an active life saver for me. With tendinitis in my knees in my 30s and struggling to stay active in sports I love, yoga with Nicki has allowed me to learn how to move better and stronger and continue playing the sports I love.

My husband and I have been practicing yoga with Nikki for so long that practising with Nikki has become an integral part of our lives. Nicki Irwin’s thoughtful approach to yoga is really effective! She has helped me build strength and flexibility so that I get improvements - not injuries. If you attend her classes consistently, you will see how she covers the basics but always manages to throw in something new and challenging. Nicki’s studio is a welcoming and encouraging environment for students of all skill levels.

I have been practicing yoga with Nicki for close to 20 years and have also done some personal training and boot camps with her. I’ve practiced yoga with Nicki for the past 19 years and four years ago started doing personal training with her. I’ve experienced other yoga teachers and trainers over the years, but no one as good as Nicki. For one, she is constantly improving her knowledge and skills and is able to effectively communicate what she’s learning to her clients.… Nicki is also extremely intuitive about what people need in their practice and training. For example, I’ve had dance and sports injuries in the past. Nicki has always known how to make sure I get the most out of my yoga practice
