Legacy of Dance Academy is a non-competitive dance school in Scarborough. Unlike other dance studios, there are no outrageous costs, politics, or pressure on the parents or students. Whether it is for professional or recreational purposes, our students are treated equally and are taught to dance in a fun, positive, stimulating environment by our caring, certified professional dance instructors.
Through a combination of group classes, individualized attention, and performances, students from 2 yrs + teens, and adults alike are trained in proper dance techniques by our knowledgeable teachers and gain the skills to shine. We offer a variety of dance disciplines for kids, teens and adults, such as ballet, hip hop, jazz, top, and more.

Services
If your child love to dance and loves to entertain, you should enroll your child in dance lessons at our studio. At Legacy of Dance Academy, we teach a variety of styles of dances such as Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Tap Dance, Musical Theatre, Modern Dance, Armenian Dance, and more. Anyone at any age can sign up for dance lessons are our studio.
We've experienced several dance recitals of various companies over the years but have not otherwise seen such a professional approach and result in theme, stage production and costume design at this level of dance instruction as occurs at Legacy of Dance. The wonderful recital in June was a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding experience that our children had anxiously awaited with teeming anticipation and excitement all year.

The last studio i had my kids in was too competitive and not fun. Legacy of dance has allowed my kids to enjoy dance, and look forward to something after school. The studio is clean, staff is nice and the families that go there are nice as well. My kids have made so many friends and cant wait to go back in the fall.

Legacy of Dance is truly one of the best dance academies out there! The staff and instructors are involved with their students and have created a safe welcoming environment for everyone. The director Ani is a talented ballet and dance instructor who is passionate about her students. I’m thankful to had the opportunity to train with her. I look forward to attending more lessons at Legacy of Dance!!

Legacy of Dance is such an amazing dance academy!! I had the best experience! The teachers are just wonderful and amazing! Ani is one of the most talented and hard working instructors I have ever met! You can tell she’s really passionate and devoted to teaching her students how to not only be great performers but great people! Can’t wait to come visit and take lessons with her again!
