Chic Angels Shoes

Bought some high end rain boots for my granddaughter. After about 6 weeks the boots had hole in heel, and splits in the seams. The store staff member acknowledged they had had "problems with that brand" and kept telling me I would have to speak to store manager who was never in. (Catch 22). After 2 months of trying to track him down, I was told it was "too late" for them to be able to do anything. I went in several months later and they were still carrying the brand. Seriously?? Highly unethical.

Buyer beware! Bought a pair of MJs (for the first time) that were in line with school uniform guidelines . At check out we were asked if we needed socks, I indicated I did not know the color required. The salesperson indicated they had the color on record, looked it up and said I needed grey. Purchased a pair of high-quality Bogs Boots on Jan 2 2017 for my toddler to go to Whitehorse. 2 weeks later both heals on the bottom of the boots are forming holes. Rang the store to see what they could do before making the journey back to the store and the employee said to bring them in and leave them. I opted to call back the following day and spoke to a sympathetic and surprised(as i was) manager who took my details and says she needs to talk to her manager..
2 days later no contact from this manager.

We visited today, as we were in the neighbourhood and my daughter needed some nice dress shoes (fancy ballet flats or what have you) to go with party dresses for the holidays and some new rain boots. We struck out on both counts. They had very few shoes other than rain boots, runners and black uniform shoes. This children's shoe store is located in Park Royal Shopping Centre, South Side. The easiest entrance is on the second level next to Osaka super market, walk in the main doors and then down the ramp to the right (the whole mall appears to be under construction right now).

The store is quite small but appears to have a fair amount of stock, and lots of different options for children's shoes, boots, etc. and high quality brands; kamik, geox, etc. Prices are average and reasonable for the brands.
