We are excited to announce our new beginning as Stephen Cleaners. Our new name reflects our true identity of a family owned and operated business. As we all approach a "new normal", we want our clients to know that we ARE local. We ARE a small business and we ARE family owned & operated. Jack Stephen brought the Martinizing franchise to Calgary in 1962 and his son, Mark Stephen, has been part of the family business since 1984.
Our dry cleaning service includes expert cleaning, spot removal and pressing for your every day items. All items are carefully inspected and cleaned by our experienced dry cleaners that have over 30 years experience. Dry-cleaning eliminates shrinkage in wools, silks, rayon and other fine fibres and is also a very good stain remover.
We start with pre spotting collars and cuffs, adding starch just the way you like it and replacing broken or missing buttons at no charge. Shirts are pressed with precision on our Unipress professional machine and completed with hand finishing. Finally, shirts are inspected one more time and either hung or folded according to your preference.
Cleaning your bedding including comforters, duvets and blankets is one of the easiest things you can do to take care of your family's health and reduce allergens in your home. A lot of life happens in bed so make sure it's free of perspiration, pet hair, dust mites and dirt and germs. We recommend cleaning these items at least twice per year.

I had a phenomenal experience here. I had never before had anything dry cleaned and the folks at Stephen's Cleaners were kind, patient and professional with me. They explained everything involved in the process and quoted me a great price! So worth it!!
I'd called around to research pricing and the prices here were more than fair compared to others nearby! Cost is a major factor for me so I am very grateful to have found this place.

Lost clothing : Crowfoot Martinizing loses an incredible number of customers clothes. They claim that they count the number of items when you bring them in, but if they "lose a bar code" you lose your clothing. When I complained about a lost item, they had a huge dry cleaning moving rack of lost clothing. These guys do not count items coming in. They only count items going out to charge you for. So if you come here and have a large bag of dry cleaning, expect it is likely they will lose an item. The lady said they were trying to get "better" at not losing so much clothing.
