Dr. Vinod Patel is the owner of Royal Parkside Animal Hospital and He is the veterinarian that our patients see. Dr. Patel grew up with lots of dairy animals in farmer family. He loved to work with animals and was inspired by the animal love to become vet. He spent a lot of time working on neighboring farms and helping the animals in his life and wanted to become a surgeon.

We absolutely love the doctor and would recommend him because he is extremely knowledgeable and gentle. But unfortunately we have always had issues with the front desk workers and assistants, they are very uninformed and already made many mistakes with us, they also were very rude to us a couple of times and just not friendly or sympathetic, I keep wishing someone that was more knowledgeable and sweet would work at the clinic because that would make my rating go up to a 5 star

Horrible experience when my cat was very ill less than 2 days recently and then died within a couple hours of being at the vet. Veterinarian was cold. After I came in, after no warning on phone after that had just spoken to them, my cat was just laying there eyes open and fixed. Then told to pay and pick an option for cremation. Savage. This was during the tornado. l drove through it to get there because I loved my beautiful best friend so much. My heart was broken. They told me my cat would be there 3-4 days before she’d even be picked for cremation. I was devastated. After knowing she’d died

Dr. Patel is just wonderful! He has looked after my aging beagle for 5 years now as well as my disabled friends Schnoodle. He makes us feel like family; he is the most caring, friendly and fair vet I have ever come across.
I feel blessed to have found him and his wonderful staff!

Both of our cats have been here and the staff are wonderful. They are friendly, honest, fair with pricing and it’s obvious that their first priority is the health of your pet. This is the first vet we’ve been to that always contacts you for follow up to make sure that everything is going well after a visit. Our one cat (Chuck) was very happy seeing Dr. Patel and it’s the only time I’ve ever seen him happy after a vet visit.

Royal parkside animal hospital is absolutely amazing. I went there today for my first time and the staff and doctor were nothing but amazing. Prices are so good as well. I highly recommend them to everyone. Super caring and very nice. I wish I heard about them awhile ago. Thank you so much for the wonderful first time experience today. I met someone who raved about Royal Parkside so when my dog needed a minor surgery (benign eyelid growth removal) I took her to Dr. Patel and I am very happy with the service we received. Dr. Patel and his staff put me at ease, my dog came out of the surgery perfectly and is healing well. I am comfortable with using Royal Parkside as my primary vet now and most importantly my dog is comfortable with them. Thank you, Dr. Patel & staff.

I have only wonderful things to say about the doctor and staff at RPAH. I have owned pets for my whole life and have moved around a lot, so naturally one of the first things I have to do is find a new… Veterinary clinic for my pets. You know how you feel about the clinic from your first visit sometimes you don't return or even complete the first visit. Well from the first phone call to book my appointment at RPAH I have felt like my pets and I we're welcomed into a family who truly love animals.
