My rep, KENT is SPECtacular, he finds frames when they are on back order, he responds to calls, emails in seconds... if there is ever an issue with warranty, Alternative Eyewear will service with no issues. Alternative Eyewear is an absolute wonderful company to deal with. The frames lines are very fashionable, very strong and solid. Their children's frames are by far the best quality we've ever had and their warranty unbeatable. Our account manager April is such a help and always available for any questions and help if needed. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met.

Great experience with this company. We carry 3 of their frame lines and they all do very well for us. Our rep Erika is a gem; she's prompt and responsive to all of our needs and there's never trouble with exchanges or warranties. Not to mention that they were very supportive during COVID and job action with terms. Would highly recommend!

I have been working with Alternative for years. Kent is amazing and I trust him fully to ensure my stores carry the right styles and quantities of frame stock. Any time there is an issue Kent and Paul support our business 100%. The company has a vast assortment of frames of all styles and pricing budgets. The addition of the Nano Vista collection was a huge feather in the cap. Fantastic product that are backed very very well. They have always listened to what their customers needs are and will help to try to fulfil those demands.

Great selection of frames - many cool designs and colors for all age groups. Orders come in a timely manner. Our locations representative, Erika, is amazing with keeping in contact and letting us know the latest promotions and always there when we have question or have a problem to be solved!!
