I really just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of Tia since everything has happened. Took our puppy here, vet suggested to get a urinary test in house and said they are inconclusive and that we would need to pay again for the test to be sent out. The vet also does not ask important questions to see what is wrong with your pet or give helpful solutions to see what is wrong with your animal. Would not recommend coming here.

Dr. Cecilia and the staff at the Albany Vet Clinic are the best vet team we have ever dealt with. After several years of having pets and different dogs we have had our share of dealing with different vet clinics. Doctor Cecilia and her staff came highly recommended by several of my own clients which is what brought us to the Albany Vet Clinic. Everyone at the clinic has been extremely helpful/knowledgeable and most importantly very compassionate. During some very hard days of dealing with our sick puppy Maxx over the past 4 years, the staff and Dr. Cecilia always went out of their way to help us

The staff at Albany is wonderful and professional on the phone and in person. Dr. Cecilia is fantastic and has been very accommodating, even in these difficult and unusual times, and has saved us from the Emergency Vet more than once. We have been going to her for 9? years and we like the relationship we built and the stability of having the same vet at the clinic. She has been wonderful with our dogs and we hope to not see her too frequently, but are also glad she and the Albany team are there to care for our beloved fur babies when we do go in.

Friendly staff with exceptional courtesy to you and your pet. They actually understand that a pet is more then just an animal and they give them the treatment as if it was a family member seeing a doctor. They call you and check up on your pet after the visit to make sure they are still OK. I appreciate everything they offer and enjoyed the care and attention all the staff carry. They will have my business for some time to come and will recommend everyone that wants to feel comfortable taking their pets to someone who actually cares about the pets well being instead of trying to make a profit.

Staff are incredibly welcoming and I've been bringing my kitten here since the day I adopted him. Currently he's going through "feline adolescents" as I like to call it and was having a difficult time with his most recent visit but the techs did an amazing job to get his nails trimmed. Also addressed my concerns with my kitten's toilet problem and gave me what I needed and suggestions to help with my baby's behavioral difficulties.

When I moved to a new area I noticed this place opening up close to me.
My first impression when I first called them was very good. They offered for me to come down with my dog to ask any questions and tour the facility. Any business that would go that extra mile gets bonus points in my books.
My one complaint at my old veterinarian was that they seemed to just treat me like a number, it would be a crap shoot depending on which doctor I got. One could be very nice and seem to care, while another just trying to quickly get you through. Not an issue here, as Dr. Cecelia truly cares about each
