The Staff and Doctors at this clinic are awesome. They never rush you, and are always ready to explain everything. The Doctors offer options that are reasonable and realistic. They genuinely care for their patients, and it shows in the treatment you receive.
I have used their services for over 17 years, never had a bad experience.

My family and I have been going to Airdrie Eyecare for a couple of years now. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Shannon and Lindsay were very welcoming at the front desk, always smiling. The lady who helps me pick out glasses, sorry can't remember your name, she picks out the right frames for me every time. It's always a pleasure to see Dr Thome, Mr and Mrs.
The quality of glasses exceeds any other pair I've had. I can read all my books with ease now, even small print!!

My sister was visiting me for a week (from out of province) and forgot to pack her daily contact lenses. I contacted Airdrie Eyecare to see if they could accommodate her with a week supply of lenses, or our time spent together would have been dreadful. After a phone call to get a copy of her prescription, (and within an hour!!), Airdrie Eyecare had a supply of contact lenses ready for pickup at their front counter. I am so impressed with the customer service we received, I have booked an appointment for myself. I highly recommend them for all of your eyecare needs.

Came in for an eye exam this morning. Trisha at the front desk was very helpful. I was led through screenings by Brady who was friendly and efficient. The Dr was thorough and made my concerns feel validated. Lots of different glasses available for everyone, no matter what youre style is.

Everybody was great from the front staff, who greeted us with kindness and smiles, to Dr. Tamber who was awesome, kind, made us feel comfortable, and was super great with my two children. Then we went and chose glasses, which was equally as great of an experience. The lady helping us was super nice and helpful. Everything was quick but thorough. No… confusion, no issues getting my contact prescription numbers, everything was clean. Everything was just wonderful. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about our experience. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I feel the need to post my review in these covid times... I had seen so many posts lately from mom's having hard times finding appointments for ALL their children at once... I have 6 kids ranging from 1 to 13 and they made sure we ALL got in during one trip and made my life as easy and stress free as possible. they checked on my children when I… was in with the doctor, and when my youngest children had had enough the doctor actually came to my car to tell me the results of my older children's exams... After a fall Saturday night where I really scratched up my left lens, I visited the clinic today to order a replacement lens. I wasn’t happy but understood that they needed to be ordered in pairs - here’s the best part - they are covered under warranty! Thank you Airdrie Eyecare! That’s a huge weight off of my mind.

My family and I have been going to Airdrie Eyecare for over 10 years. This business is the gold star of customer service from top to bottom. The front desk staff is so friendly and accommodating, the pre-testers are so patient...especially for someone like me that keeps blinking! And the doctors are incredible! I was amazed at how the staff were so friendly yet very professional. They made the whole process of purchasing my special needs son his glasses so easy and quick. The selection of frames were endless, which made us so happy for how petite my sons face is! We tried a couple other places to purchase glasses and they both left us feeling defeated.
