Zorbas breads are made with Canadian Prairie wheat flour and follow traditional village recipes. Zorbas dips are made from fresh local ingredients such as Okanagan goat yogurts and Fraser Valley vegetables. Zorbas phyllo pies are made with locally sourced ingredients, are vegetarian, and also are available in Gluten free.
Zorbas traditional desserts are made with Fraser Valley honey, nuts, spices, dried fruit and lemon. Zorbas phyllo pies are also available in bite size portions with a variety of seasonal and traditional flavours. I went here because I wanted something special for some people that helped me out. I was looking for Baklava in particular. What I got was much more. Talking to the gentleman that greeted me was like talking to an old friend even though I just met him. The Baklava was a hit and the Spinach Pie was truly down home goodness.

No reviews yet? I'm shocked! We used to go here regularly when I was a kid, prompting one of the owners to try and marry me off to one of his 9 grandchildren. Because we were regulars we'd get small things like free cookies and spinach dip. The people there were always so warm and friendly and sweet. Also, BEST pita in town, no denying, the big beautiful fluffy kind. The hummus? Perfect. The spinach dip? Perfect. The sweets? Perfect! If you want a place that remembers you and makes you feel a part of the family go to Zorbas! It's as good as it was back then!
