We used Auxilium for the mortgage on our primary residence and we were so happy with them that we recently went back to them when we were looking at getting an investment property. Mortgages are inherently paperwork-heavy but they made it as painless as possible by tracking the pieces we had already submitted and reminding us of those that were still required. Additionally, they were able to find us a super rate and also very responsive to all of our many questions. I would highly recommend.

Great mortgage brokers! They are very responsive, professional, and helpful! It was my first time getting a mortgage and they answered all my questions and explain everything thoroughly. They made the process as easy and stress free as it could be.

As a first time home buyer in BC’s skyrocketing real estate market there were many moments of stress and apprehension.The home searching seemed like never ending and almost every house was a bidding war.
