Here at Joy Creations Jewellers & Designers we source our materials from reputable suppliers within Canada. We alloy our own metal in house and by doing so we can alter the amount of materials in our alloy to achieve different shades of color in gold. Knowing what exact goes into our metal also allows us to ensure the highest level of quality control.
At Joy Creations Jewellers & Designers, we have an on-site factory and goldsmith Dennis Barnard. We provide complimentary cleaning and inspection services while you wait. If you are looking for jewellery repairs services, ring resizing or would like to get a quote on your repairs, we invite you to come in and meet us for a free consultation.

I am so thrilled with this ring!
I had some of my grandmother's wedding rings and I asked Samuel and Dennis go incorporate it into one engagement ring on a gold band. I sketched my design only using a sketch I had made and if came out so beautifully! The whole process only took a little over a month and Joy Creations definitely gives you the best value for what works within your budget.

Awesome and amazing service!! We were looking for someplace to resize my engagement and wedding rings and since we had gems on the sides we were worried no place would do them. We emailed Joy Creations and the wonderful Samuel was super quick to respond to our inquire.
We booked a consultation on Dec 4th and he inspected and provided us with a quote right away. He also informed us that it would take about 3-4 weeks as it was holiday season, which didn't surprise us.
Cut to Dec 11 (a week later) and he emails us to let us know they were ready for pick (which WOW that was quick!) We went in and

I brought in my wife's engagement ring for an estimate for significant repairs to the band and to replace a missing baguette and as well to check all the other diamonds to ensure their integrity. The people at Joy Creations were very professional, provided an estimate and a timeline to complete the work. The ring was ready before the scheduled date and we were very happy with the quality of the work and can't believe how beautiful the ring looks and i must say the cost was very reasonable.

The customer service at Joy Creation is amazing. Joy Creation took a family heirloom band and turned it into my fiancée's wedding band. It's a beautiful piece! Joy Creation not only created this ring that we will forever cherish, but they also educated us in jewelry so we could be more prepared when we went to buy my own ring.

The team at Joy Creations was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They helped me plan out my piece from start to finish and gave great advice and recommendations on stone settings. Samuel was very responsive on emails and easy to communicate with.
We ran into a small sizing issue with the ring which they handled very professionally. They were happy to make the changes that were necessary to ensure the piece fit right. I am very happy with the final product and the overall experience!

These guys are extraordinary! Sam is very responsive, from the first time I contacted him with my idea and questions up to the time I received my ring. Sam was very quick in sending me a computer generated render of the ring I described. Followed by in-person appointments for sizing, checking the 3D printed version of the ring, ring finish, and viewing and selection of the stone. I brought in two rings that no longer fit. Sam listened to what I was looking for in a new ring combining what I had brought in. Several prototypes were designed and reviewed, all stunning. But I managed to narrow it down, a little more tweaking and he came up with a perfect ring. I could not be happier. I also recommend for repairs. Denis is fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain the whole process in detail, and we left 100% sure they would be modified correctly. Myself and my fiancé worked with Samuel and Dennis to custom design four pieces of jewellery over the span of a couple months in 2020 (an engagement ring, two wedding bands, and necklace pendant, all matching) and we are thoroughly… pleased with the expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and - of course - final work products. We wanted to make new rings for our 25th wedding anniversary, and Samuel and Dennis did a fantastic job! They used the metal from our original bands to create the rings that we designed together. They even came up with a design that turned my new band into a family ring, incorporating the diamond from my engagement ring into a meaningful and… beautiful piece of jewellery.
