Regular dental check-ups are essential to good overall health. At each visit we conduct a thorough cleaning, and check for signs of tooth decay and disease so we can detect and treat problems early. When problems do occur, we will explain all possible treatments such as fillings, root canals, and wisdom teeth extractions.
Haiti is in more need than ever before after Hurricane Matthew left it's remote southwestern peninsula ravaged and caused a spike in it's lingering cholera epidemic. Dr. Carrie Hui, Dr. Michelle Lee and Janet Coloma will be working with New Beginning Baptist Church in Mississauga and an established medical mission group in Haiti called "Oeuvre Evangelique Baptist Bethesda" to bring dental care to the local communities.
Dental Implants - If you have missing teeth, dental implants may be the answer. They look and feel like natural teeth and, because they are permanently anchored into your mouth, they perform like natural teeth. Most implants can be completed with a minor surgical procedure in one or two visits. We offer a warm and welcoming environment in which patients feel comfortable discussing their needs.
When estimating dental benefits, deductibles and percentages must be considered. To illustrate, assume the fee for service is $150.00. Assuming that the insurance company allows $150.00 as its usual and customary fee, we can figure out what benefits will be paid. The plan then pays 80% for this particular procedure.

We just wanted to say thank you for being our Neighbourhood dentist and for providing excellent care to our whole family - we love how friendly and professional everyone is at the office! It made our kids’ first dentist visit (age 3 & 5) go so smoothly and we appreciate all the thoughtful gestures, from having tv to little toys in the vending machines to entertain the kids. I was new to this area, so that I was looking for a dentist. I was reviewing all clinics around, reading all testimonials. Finally, I am lucky to find this clinic and Dr. Carrie Hui.
Dr. Carrie is extremely competent and confident with her work, so that you can be completely sure your teeth in a good care. Amanda, Janet are an absolute pleasure to work with; it’s always great pleasure to be there for my dental appointments.

It’s always been a great experience here. Dr. Carrie is really good. She does a really thorough job. She is great with kids too. My 4 yr old son visited the dentist for the first time in his life here and he had no complaint. He is now 6 and still loves to go in every time he has a appointment. I would recommend Your Neighbourhood Dentist for the full family.

Dr. Carrie Hui and her team are the best group of professionals I have ever worked with in any profession. I have been a client since they opened (over 10 years now) and consider them family! Amanda, Janet and the entire team are an absolute pleasure to work with and use all the latest and most effective technology and techniques. When I first became a client I was basically an at-risk emergency patient. I had a long list of painful cavities and crooked teeth that I had neglected. Dr. Carrie and her team provides a friendly experience with each dentist trip. They give patients a clear and thorough understanding of procedures prior to doing them. The team at Your Neighbourhood Dentist go the extra mile to make their patients feel valued such as providing “hand treatments”’during your procedures and birthday wish emails. Everyone in the office is warm, professional, and excellent at their job! Patient care is clearly prioritized--down to the office's ability to directly bill insurance providers. I've never experienced such thorough and informative examinations and cleaning at a dentist's office as I have here. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Carrie Hui for about 9 years now and every single time she has been so courteous, gentle, kind and detailed in her work. She has been very accommodating since my brain injury being extra gentle and making sure I am comfortable at every stage of the dental process. Her entire team is also great to deal with; Janet-her dental assistant, and Amanda-her receptionist, have all been so wonderful! Just recently I convinced my mother to switch over to Dr. Hui because I know she will be able to accommodate my mother’s Claustrophobic disorder- sure enough Dr. Hui made my mother

Very nice dentist and receptionist and all staff. My husband and I were be with Dr. Carrie for years. They really care about their patients. When my husband had tooth pain even his appointment is next week. The receptionist Amanda try to get him in earlier, but they were too busy, Amanda explained the situation then Dr. Carrie called our nearest shoppers drug mart pharmacy to get him the prescription. That's showed they really care your feeling. Love this place. They can bill to the insurance directly too. Very convenient for everything.

Dr. Carrie is the best dentist I have ever had! Her attention to detail and obvious compassion, caring and dedication are miles above the rest... in any industry! Imagine I found her just by happenstance!
Also her staff is amazing too! The atmosphere is so comforting ... I have been going for over 4 years and my teeth are in the best shape they have ever been in and the progress is measurable and continuous!

I don't have much good to say about dentists in general, I have been scammed way too many times by them...but my first visit with at clinic was good and I hope this type of service, and honesty and fairness continues, if so she'll have me as a client for life. She was very thorough in her assessment, examination and xrays. She made thorough notes on everything. I do think this place is a little bit expensive, but she did give me a small discount cause I don't have insurance, but still kinda high I think. They gave me free parafin wax hand treatment while being examined by the

My experience with "Your Neighbourhood Dentist" office was very positive. Dr. Carrie did full assessment and create treatment plan, which is fit all my needs and my budget. So far I finished first step of my treatment plan - teeth cleaning. I was 100% satisfied. Treatment was done very professional and I felt no pain at all! Cannot wait till next step! I truly believe Dr. Carrie could fix all problems with my teeth and return my beautiful smile!

Dr. Hui is simply fantastic! She is thoughtful, thorough, and, most importantly, performs quality work. Her is office is ideally located in the city, has parking, and is easily accessible by driving or public transit. I have had several procedures performed at Dr. Hui's office over the last year, and, the quality of her work is second to none. You are never rushed, and, she ensures that she takes proper care of each and every client. Her support staff is always upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Dr. Hui if you are looking for a dentist, without hesitation.
