Love this place! If you are pre-natal or post-natal or no natal this place is so lovely.
Started going for pre-natal massages as I had some trouble finding a place that knew what they were doing in that area. I was a bit more picky as any expecting mom would be with her body. The massage therapists here know their stuff, they know the right props to use the right positioning and they are so receptive of what the client wants. I ended up coming here for a bunch of different ailments that pregnancy started bringing on. I went for chiropractor and physiotherapy as well. Each served its purpose in

Amazing massage by Elisabeth Stewart. I’ve found it difficult to find a RMT with the perfect amount of pressure, and massage technique. She did a great job :) I will definitely be coming back, absolutely loved it. Also, I’m not a Mom but love the fact that I was able to use yoga mama’s services regardless.

I went to Yoga Mamas for both prenatal and postpartum physiotherapy with Ellie Hong and I can't say enough good things about the care I received and I whole heartedly recommend Ellie.
The prenatal treatments got me prepared to give birth by teaching me how to push properly, releasing areas of tension, and strengthening my core. I felt confident in my body and understanding of how to deliver thanks to Ellie. She also taught my partner pain relieving techniques that really helped me get through contractions!
Postpartum, Ellie and I worked on rehabbing my pelvic floor and getting my body ready to

Yoga Mamas was such an incredible resource throughout my pregnancy and in my postpartum period!
Ellie Hong is a fantastic pelvic floor physiotherapist who taught me to tone and utilize my pelvic floor muscles. I attribute our ideal home birth experience in part to her assessments and guidance. Thank you, Ellie!
As well, Yoga Mamas helped to connect me with Marj Wong, the most wonderful doula. Her guidance and support were instrumental to facilitating our magical home birth experience. Thank you, Marj!

I would definitely recommend this place to any pregnant mama that is looking for a massage. They are knowledgeable and give your great tips. The place is so peaceful and the massages are amazing. They give you all the pillows to make you feel comfortable and they are not afraid to massage a pregnant mama! I can’t wait to go back

I loved my entire experience at yoga mamas, from the shop at the entrance, the friendly staff, the little tour I received as it was my first time there and the prenatal yoga classes of course! - as a new mom just starting to resume normal life outside "pandemic life", this community is so meaningful to me and just simply amazing! Thank you : )

I’ve been going to yoga mama’s for all things prenatal/postnatal and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Ellie helped me immensely with pelvic floor physio that set me up for a successful birth and recovery. Sarah and Elizabeth are excellent at pre/postnatal massage. And lastly, Casey has provided me with chiropractic care to help me heal the aches and pains postpartum.
Can’t recommend these ladies enough!

I wish I knew about Toronto Yoga Mamas earlier because they are amazing! After having muscle pain, I was recommended to begin both massage and physiotherapy. I first had a post natal massage with Susan Lamb. It was the best massage I had ever received! She customized the massage for the specific pains I was facing after pregnancy. She made… suggestions for action to take in between appointments and made notes for my following physiotherapy appointment to ensure that my treatment would result in positive changes. The environment was relaxing and the staff were all friendly, informed, and

I am writing this review to thank Yoga Mamas for being a lifesaver for me during my pandemic pregnancy, specifically Ellie Hong and those at the front desk. I live in North York, not close to Yoga Mamas at all. Last pregnancy, I was able to go after work for my pelvic floor physio appointments, but given that I am now at home working, I tried to find someone who could assist me closer to home. My experience was terrible and judgmental. I called up Yoga Mamas, realizing that the travel was worth the amazing service that I’d be getting with Ellie. Not only are my appointments with Ellie SO helpful

I love spending my prenatal time here at yoga mamas. Their yoga classes, prenatal massages, and their beautiful retail store are all excellent. Every time I enter the studio, the receptionists never forget my name. They also have other wellness and prenatal education classes which I will try in the future.

This is truly place to go to if you are looking for a variety of exercise classes to take during pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy. The reviews truly speak for itself. As soon as you walk in, you instantly feel the zen, it's so clean, spacious, refreshing and welcoming. From the moment that I spoke to the receptionists over the phone to inquire more information, I knew that I wouldn't be disappointed coming here. The ladies over the phone were so friendly and helpful. This studio offers not just yoga but also pilates and barre classes so you get the variety. They offer classes where you

I've been going to Yoga Mama since I was 26 weeks pregnant and I'm 33 weeks right now and still try to attend regularly. I first bought the mama pass just to try the yoga classes out. I wanted a class to stretch my back and limbs out to help with the aches and pain that stems from carrying the extra weight and I absolutely love it here. My favourite instructors are definitely Joana, Anastasia and Rhonda. Joana kicks my butt every time I go to her class, it's active and if you want a challenge then she's your go to girl. I absolutely love her classes but she only teaches on Monday

Great ambiance in the Toronto East store. Love that its a one stop shop for us ladies (pregnant or otherwise). Loved my one hour with Lamia, the pelvic floor physiotherapist who assured me I was there early in my pregnancy and at the right time to deal with any issues.Loved the tea, two cups! Loved the clementine with my business card. So many little touches that made me feel less like this was a pelvic floor clinical appointment, and a wonderful afternoon spent with talented women in the field.

I cannot say enough of great things about this place. You feel welcomed and relaxed the minute you walk into the door and are greeted by very friendly staff. Wellness, yoga, workshops, daycare, retail area with very cute items are available for its customers and are really catered to making a life of an expecting or new mom a lot easier. I am amazed by their very easy to use computerized check-in system and very appreciative of the time it saves when rushing into the class. Would love to see them expand and open new locations across the city because Toronto mamas need more places like this!

Amazing place for prenatal and postnatal women. Spent most of my mat leave here for yoga and Pilates with my baby. Also made use of childcare so I could get a massage or physio appointment. The space is beautiful and it's very inviting with great staff and instructors. I wish I knew about this place when I was pregnant!!

Such a beautiful environment to be a part of. The staff are all so welcoming and It's a great place to talk to other Mammas. I started taking prenatal classes when I was 14 weeks pregnant and now love taking my little one to baby yoga with me. The facilities have everything that you need, so you don't have to lug any extra weight around;)

Toronto Yoga Mamas is a sanctuary for all moms (expecting and new moms)...they are super accommodating, offer high quality programming and love spending time in the beautiful space as well. They have done a fabulous job creating a highly tailored and meaningful / memorable experience for their clients e.g. pre natal yoga, lots of workshops on topics like nutrition, doula offerings, etc. Thanks for making this time extra special as a 1st time expecting mom. #lovetym

Toronto Yoga Mamas has been a godsend to me during my pregnancy and has really helped with the aches and pains I've been experiencing.
I came across their studio when looking for prenatal activities in the Leslieville area and decided to go with their yoga offerings as I liked their schedule and format - you can book as many or as few classes as you'd like in any time slot/day of week vs. other places that restrict you to a fixed number of weeks at a fixed time.
Their online scheduling system is excellent as are their class offerings and their pricing structure. The studio itself
