I have very severe dental anxiety from bad experiences with dentists in the past. I even get nervous for routine cleanings. But I went in for a cleaning with Shanice today and was so pleasantly shocked as to how wonderful the experience was. Shanice was thorough but very gentle and patient. I am so grateful for finally having a good experience! Thank you!

I’ve always had the best experience at Waterview over the past 6 years. The staff (dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front desk) are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Some people fear going to the dentist and avoid making appointments — Waterview makes the process as easy as possible and show they actually care. Would recommend 100%.

Dr Saj is a legend. The nicest guy, truly cares about patient comfort, and is superbly talented. The whole staff is amazing, and extremely accommodating. But Dr Saj has done 5 flawless root canals for me and for someone who hates the dentist and is very afraid of it, I couldn’t feel any more comfortable coming to him. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this dental clinic for a few years now and seeing Dr Haji. The place is first class with frontline staff that are efficient and accommodating. Dr Haji is very skilled for a young guy and has an impeccable bedside manner. His assistants are also skilled and pleasant making for a good experience every visit.
Would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. Both locations are walking distance from my apartment plus have good hours.

Waterview Dental are hands down the best dental office in the city. They are professional and organized, the facility itself is very comfortable and they are very honest about how frequent your appointments should be and what they charge. I've never felt pressured into paying for something I felt was unnecessary or too expensive. Sometimes it can be a little hard to get an appointment because they seem to be very popular, but that is totally understandable since their quality of service is excellent.

Have been coming year for more than three years, and this is one of my favorite dental places. The staff here is really friendly, and the cleaning is done professionally and pain-free. I have been to some places were they really hurt you while doing cleaning and after that my mouth was full of blood - not here. The dental hygienist Rachel is really gentle and good. Definitely a good place to come for your dental check-ups and cleaning.

I never had a problem before with cleaning, polishing, etc and never had a cavity. The last place inflicted so much pain on me that I gave up on my search until my partner told me to try Waterview Dental.
Just had my first cleaning and Braedi was amazing. I didn't feel a thing and she was extremely helpful in figuring out what my problems were and how I can improve. The staff in the front executed their

Can't say enough good things about this place. I have been a patient here since they opened and everybody there has been amazing. Dr Poulos did major work on my teeth and I get compliments everyday on my smile. But it's more than just cosmetic. The whole staff cares about the health of your mouth and preventative measures. From the greeting at the door to the hygienists ( all of them are fantastic) A huge thumbs up for me!!!!

This dentist office is pretty terrible, every time I've been there I've had a different dentist and they spend very minimal time with you. They also always insist on doing x-rays which in my case is unnecessary because I had some done in 2010 at my previous dentis before moving to Toronto. This indicates to me that it's clearly a money grab. I recently had to get two fillings, which they confirmed I needed by, you guessed it, forcing me to do an x-ray despite the fact that it was very obvious that a filling was needed as it was a deep set molar that was slightly off colour and was
