A wellness examination is a routine medical examination of a patient that is apparently healthy, as opposed to an examination of a patient that is ill. A wellness examination may also be called a 'check-up' or a 'physical examination'. The focus of a wellness visit is the maintenance of optimal health.
When rough tartar accumulates on tooth surfaces and touches the gum line, it is time for a professional oral assessment, treatment, and prevention visit. An examination by your veterinarian is the first step. Your veterinarian will confirm that a dental cleaning is needed and will review with you what procedures are likely required prior to the dental cleaning.
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not do delayed billing, or offer payment plans. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. If you are unable to pay for your pets medical care we suggest looking into PetCard Financing.

Totally unprofessional and incompetent vet and clinic! Save your money and go somewhere else if you are looking for answers or a referral.
Never have I EVER had a vet take my money and DUMP me offering me no suggestions, no recommendation and NO support…and no call backs!
Took my dog for unexplained weakness and pain. $500 for bloodwork and… Dr. Potter told me he would call me the next day with results. Two days later, numerous phone calls going straight to message no response. I called from another number and they answered right away telling me he’d call me soon. Still no call

I took my dog here after a fight he had gotten into, was the closet vet to us but I have never gone there until now due to the urgency of the matter.
1.) My dog walked and I walked in and the young lady there was very nice opened the door for us and said hello, the older woman there, shorter white long hair, said absolutely nothing just stared at… my dogs face looking disgusted. I explained the situation, I said please just clean his face and tell me how many wounds he has, she said well I can’t do anything until we sedate him and stitch him. I made it very clear I did not want him

Very kind! Honest and only place I will go for an emergency from now on. I had a bad experience with my dog not feeling well. With another emergency vet this morning NAH called me to make sure I got my dog Brooklyn looked at. I explained to her my situation and the quote from the emergency clinic I was currently at and they gave me an honest quote… and what I should do. Gave me great advice. So I went to NAH and met Lorie the lady at the front desk who is a beautiful person. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and kindness I received today and genuinely cared about both myself

October 19, 2020 my dog was diagnosed with Pyometra Infection. She had to have urgent surgery to remove her uterus. Therefore that night I went crazy & called 11 different veterinarians. Majority of them very unprofessional on the phone, had to wait 1 to 2 months or were extremely pricey. A lot of veterinarians have the fanciest reception areas 5… to 10 different people that attend to you. Guess what? Our pets don’t need all that luxury our pets need someone to love them and take good care of them and at the same time pet owners need reasonable prices would be helpful for a lot

After 4 local vets couldn’t see my dog that was vomiting and had bloody diareaha , these guys didn’t hesitate and told me to bring her in right away! They were amazing and said to bring her back if anything changes for a free check up! Amazing people and will definitely refer everyone I know to them!👍

The staff here are always extremely compassion and friendly. Lisa, the nurse, especially has held my hand through so much and I can't thank her enough for what she does for me and my cats. They really do treat you more like a friend than a customer. Would highly recommend.
