In this restaurant nothing taste good …I remember 2018 and early 2019. Food wasn’t that bad. Chicken tikka taste like they use store bought box masala ..!! And their ras malai taste like just sugar..!! Others dishes don’t taste good either …!!

We have been loyal customers for this restaurant for years and have promoted them to many others as well. This is why we trusted them for our big wedding reception… WHAT A MISTAKE!!
1. The complete lack of professionalism from the owner of the restaurant was disgusting.
2. This owner threatened to punch a family member for allegedly delaying payment although he never asked for it in advance.
3. He called the groom himself off the stage during the event in front of all the guests and started verbally abusing him in front of everyone.
4. Generally speaking, an extremely rude owner and terrible

Food is great, ambiance is enough & service is good.
Biryani rice was perfectly spiced & tasted authentic.
Chicken boneless kabab was good too & the fish tasted great accurately spiced & well done.
The staff was helpful , but I just saw one thing that came to my attention was that there was a manager or maybe owner who was authoritative and demanding over the staff and after I read reviews here I think it’s could be the owner but he might be doing that to keep the business running and keeping things going so I’m not sure if that’s a problem but that was my observation but otherwise I’m

I called to speak with a manager and a young lady came forward saying she was the supervisor. She said what now after I explained what the problem was. She said do we send you a another butter chicken? I said no!! She said well you can call uber to claim a refund, was this uber that cooked my food?? I know they can provide me with a refund!! No excuse no nothing she just said that she would let the cook know!! No respect, this is not the first time ordering

Me and my husband just had an amazing experience with 786 restaurant. We came all the way from Ottawa to eat AGAIN in this place. The food was more than delicious, I didn't want my butter chicken to end haha. The guy on the cash was really nice and respectful.

The service took some time and we were hungry but it was all worth the wait. We had Chicken Chargha, Chicken Curry, Butter Roti, and Tandoori Naan. Food was great.
We also had ordered their Doodh Patti Tea and it was really good! Will definitely go back.

This was a really nice, clean place for Pakistani food. We went there for chai (doodh Patti) and it was sooooo good. The kids tried their lassi and mango lassi and enjoyed their drink too. We even tried the gulab jamun and seekh kebeb and naan. Everything was yummy. The ambiance is very nice and the seating is ample. The menu is also quite elaborate. They even have some Haka Chinese dishes too.

I walked in and the asked me butter naan or garlic so i tought they don't have the option of normal naan: I order butter naan and payed 17.25$. Later on my sister came and asked me why did they charge you 17 bucks and the decided to ask the manager: she said i could no do anything even if the naan were bot even made yet and also it was there fault. I don't suggest this place because its a true scam.

The food was excellent. The waiter (tall young guy with beard) made the whole experience so much better. Without a doubt, he is the best waiter I have ever had. The food was excellent and the prices were very good. Expect to spend $15-23 per person depending on the food you order. We spent $200 for 8 people and we all ate so much and all of it was like lamb, exotic mango lassis and even with sweet dish and chai.... Would definitely recommend!!

The roti and curry combo were quite good. The veal dish was spicy, dunked in rich tomato gravy, with big chunks of meat. Deep fried whole bird Chicken chargha is served with a salad. It's a dry version, so it would make a good combo if added to an order that already has a curry. I would skip the biryani as there are better variants out there.

Drove all the way down to Montreal for this restaurant alone. Heard raving reviews. It was disappointing possibly due to the high expectations I had, the place was way too crowded to even focus on the food. It was literally swarming with people (this was back in 2017). It didn't seem bad, I just didn't think it was worth a whole trip - definitely good for desi cuisine though!

I literally logged into my account after years ONLY to leave this review and express just how disappointed I was with the food at this place. We ordered butter chicken, haleem, palak paneer, chicken seekh kebab and garlic naans. NOTHING, I repeat, NOTHING from the above tasted like the dish it's supposed to taste like. Everything was tasteless, lacked salt and just very very sad overall. No hint of authentic Pakistani taste whatsoever. I have never had worse haleem and butter chicken before. The kebabs did not taste or look fresh and the garlic naans hardly had any garlic to it. They were

I went to the restaurant and ordered chicken kadai, biryani and sekh kabab. The sekh kabab was very bad. I am a horrible chef but I can cook better than that. It was not worth the money. I paid 90 dollars for bad food.

Food was good but not great.
The mango lassi was delicious!
We ordered the lentils, fried veal, butter chicken and garlic naan bread. Cost: 50$ with tip, not bad.

Service was nice but they did not speak french.

Not the best pakistan restaurant in the area.

Horrible service and the food didn't even taste good. One of the servers actually spilled alll the food on us and our table and we got no apology or compensation. Would never go back. Don't recommend.

This will be my 2nd outing to this restaurant. I was really excited for my family to try the food since I enjoyed every single dish thoroughly the last time.

Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. I got my family too hyped up about the food.

The restaurant wasn't busy at all, but the service was super slow. Our orders were taken by two different waiters. So it was annoying, but both them were amiable, so I cannot be super angry at them.

We ordered almost a buffet on our table. Mango lassi, Pakota (Pakistani cream soda(too sweet)), Chana Masala (chickpeas curry), mutter paneer

Had dinner with friends recently and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was fresh, tasty and the service excellent. I had the Lamb Qorma along with the biryani rice & garlic naan. Also, the price made this well worth it.

I look forward to going back again.

OMG, this restaurant has arguably the best Pakistani and Indian food between the down town core and the West Island.

Different from other South Asian restaurants, this one doesn't drench it's food in oil.

I recommend the beef kababs and the palak paneer, along with the beriani. However, all the dishes are worth a try.

Service is very good here too. A clean and comfortable place. Newly renovated.
