This place is absolutely horrible!
I ordered twice thinking other dishes etc would be more tasty but I was wrong.
Their delivery packaging broke both times I ordered. They put soup in a thin paper bowl with no lid! Just foil over the top. So the soup spilled all over the other dishes.
The hot and sour soup is absolutely gross. How do you mess up hot and sour soup?
Pan fried dumplings were soggy. Could have been the soup.
Bottom line order elsewhere and save your money. Support small businesses that care about their food and delivery orders. Not a business that half as* their packaging and

Delicious Chinese food on King St West. I ordered via UberEats, for a dinner for one, it almost costed me $35.
I ordered the noodles with braised ribs and the smashed cucumbers and the fried sesame balls (with red bean paste in it) were free because my purchase was over $20. Overall, the taste of my two dishes tasted authentic for Chinese food, the flavours were there. The meat on the ribs fell off nicely which meant it was well cooked.
I would definitely come back in-person to give them a try!

I was at this restaurant once a long time ago, and since I was around the area, decided to give it a try. I ordered chicken fried rice and a small wanton soup. Everything was really good, actually better than expected until I found a bug on the soup. Even though the food and service was a 10, I really doubt I’ll be going back ever again.

I would like to share my dine-in experience at Lee Chen. I finally got a chance to try this restaurant. The environment was decent and comfortable. The server, Veronica, was so kind and enthusiastic. There are many items on their menu, such as dumping, dim sum, fried rice and noodle soup. It took me a while to make a decision. I got a bowl of beef noodle soup. It was a huge potion!!!! The taste was good! I definitely would come back with some friends again.

My mom and I ordered takeout from here while we were staying at a nearby hotel. We didn't have to wait long for our food to be ready so we walked to the location soon after ordering. The restaurant looked clean and the the ladies working were friendly and polite. Upon returning to our hotel room, we excited to try our food since the reviews were pretty good!
I ordered the chicken with mixed vegetables and steamed rice and my mom ordered sweet and sour chicken with brown rice. 🍚 Overall, the flavor wasn't quite there in my opinion. The food was kinda bland and the broccoli didn't seem to be

My colleagues and I decided to try Lee Chen for lunch takeout. Portions were not worth what we paid and the inflated cost of the food did not taste very special. We ordered a mix of combos they include a main dish, a rice/noodle, some veggies and a spring roll. Majority was around $15 and up for the combos. I ordered a wonton soup noodle and it was $13 for the small portion of noodles. The wontons were really small, 3 strands of egg, some dried seaweed and no vegetables at all. I requested chili oil sauce on the side to add into the soup noodle and did not get any.
Overall, I would not recommend

I think I'm in heaven when I discovered the crystallised pork belly here at Lee Chen.
It's been a long time since I last dined I this restaurant and being the Lantern Festival, the last day of Chinese New Year as a Chinese tradition I'd like to have glutinous rice balls. They make the best ones in town with black sesame filling.
When I saw the crystalized pork belly on the menu and picture wise it was available as a set I ordered it without any hesitance. The set comes with a. Bowl of soup noodles which is simple, but great for the winter and compliments the pork belly very well

I came here a couple of times for lunch and dinner because the location was convenient for me.
The food here was really nothing special, especially being spoiled by a lot of better Chinese restaurants uptown (even most of those restaurants cannot meet my standard on Chinese cuisine).
So far I have tried the Ma Po spicy tofu lunch special, the slow cooked pork ribs, the meatballs, and the fried rice etc. The only good dish was he pork ribs, but it's pricy compared to uptown restaurants with similar quality of food.

Very impressive dining experience! Honestly, our whole party was quite impressed and we would happily come back for more.
One of the diners was staying in the neighbourhood and when asked about dinner preferences, she said Asian! Nothing more than that. Just Asian. Since she is a world traveller, has cultured taste, and is Asian, we had to find someplace great and quickly.
So first of all, thank you, fellow Yelpers!
After my wife narrowed down to a few options, we turned to all of our Yelping friends to make the decision. The reviews seemed honest and pretty good and hence we took a chance

Located at Yonge and Bloor, Lee Chen is an Asian fusion restaurant that's serving some traditional and creative dishes.
They've got an extensive menu along with daily specials for both lunch and dinner.
The interior is clean and beautify with hints of pan Asian decor giving the ambiance a warm and cozy feeling.
Their service is pleasant but at times a bit slow due to lunch time crowd.
In terms of food digging into it I decided to try one of their lunch specials; Schezuan fish lunch.

Came in quickly for a late night bite at 9:30. Despite the fact they close at 10 and I though the staff would be irritable, they welcomed me with open arms and immediately sat me. I had never tried a majority of things on the menu (I'm used to the Americanized version of Chinese food), but the waitress was very nice and happily explained what everything was and recommended her favourites.
I tried the Soup Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), Salt and Pepper Chicken, and Hot and Sour Soup. Everything came out very fast and nice and hot! The soup came first, and I was surprised at its portion size (it

Nice quick lunch with co-workers, I like that they had set "business" menus and took our order efficiently. You simply write your order up on paper and the waitress collects it. Very nice decor inside, fried wonton bowl was a nice/tasty touch, rice came extra hot, everything tasted fresh. The salad was so flavourful.
I got the kung pao fish ($12.95) which had a lot of chilies in it...wasn't as spicy as it looked. The spring roll seemed to have meat in it but the waitress verbally assured me it was vegetarian.
The only weird thing about this place that we noticed is that if you

When I first heard the name of the restaurant, I thought it was a spin off of Lee or a collaboration of some sort hahaha.. but I was wrong :p
Lee Chen has a classy yet traditional interior with wooden furniture and decors. It brings me right back to Shanghai (I just came back from Asia!) and I am curious to try our Canadian version.
Service was great :) Very courteous and attentive. Waiter automatically speaks to me in mandarin, but I appreciate that they can switch back to English unlike in Shanghai (my mandarin barely passed in Asia hahaha...)
