I had the best experience here. I've had experiences in salons where they aren't friendly after finding out I am using a Groupon, but everyone here treated me with respect and everyone was so friendly! We all talked and joked throughout my whole haircut, wash and style. I had long hair to my lower back and I wanted to cut it shoulder length just for comfort. Peter cut it exactly how I asked, but also put so much style into it to match my face. I absolutely love it and feel 100X more confident! I went for my first appointment for a hair trim with Peter last week. As soon as I walked in the salon, I was impressed with how welcoming it is. Peter gave me the best cut that I have ever had. He is such a talented and kind person.

I asked to have (silver - grey) highlights but to keep 70% of my original hair color which is dark black. He didn't use hair color (the silver-grey), instead he used toner ash and turned all of my hair into rusty stupid color with blond highlights. I asked him again to use a true hair color not a toner, but again he used a toner! Why u didn't tell me from the beginning that u don't have this color? Why when I showed the picture u said yes I can do it. I posted the picture FYI.

There are not enough words to express how much I love Peter and his wonderful staff of trained professionals. For 3 years I have shouted from the roof and told my friends about my awesome find! Do not go there. I just went on Jan 22 2016 and had a terrible experience. I bought the GroupOn and I had Lucia who cut my hair in five minutes. She didn't even ask me what I wanted and within five minutes she was done. I clearly told her not to take away the length and well there goes couple of inches. Additionally, they werent even straight, she missed few strands of my hair. Terrible haircut and apparently even after telling her that I wanted some layers she added none to mine because she knwos how to cut curly hair. yeah lady you don't. She left me there after this terrible cut and

I've tried several places since coming to Toronto, shopping around with Groupon and Yelp until I could settle on a place I'd go to regularly. This is it! It's an older place, but you get the sense they've been doing this for decades and pay more attention to doing your hair right than making the salon look like a spa. My stylist was Lucia. She quickly removed all the dead weight and damage from my hair and gave it bounce while still keeping it long. Because I have so much hair (very thick, long and curly) this process usually takes hours, but she clearly knew her way around a head of hair and got

I asked for a trim since I had very long hair but I knew the ends were dead. She cut way more than she said she would and when I got home it was completely uneven. The front of my hair is short and the back is long. It looks awful. I'm so upset. Will not be returning to this salon. Took me over a year to grow out my hair and now I need to restart.

I am disappointed in the haircut I got here this week. My hair looks butchered. I could have cried after my haircut. I have spent the entire day depressed because it's going to take me two months to get my hair back to normal and then I'll have to pay another hairdresser to fix it. The hairdresser says she has been cutting hair for twenty years but methinks she took an extensive break. It's like they have no idea how to cut wavy/curly hair. I had my hair cut here a long time ago by Peter Anthony. The experience was traumatizing. In fact I tell this story to everyone I meet. Looking back now I can laugh at it. If you are looking for VIP treatment... This is NOT the place. If you are looking for something subtle...This is NOT the place. He chopped off my hair. It was at my lower back and I left with it just under my chin . That being said, I would never have had the courage to chop it off, so as much as I was shocked.. It was a nice change . It took a long time to grow back obviously

I got a haircut here with Christian using a Teambuy voucher. Not the fanciest place as far as decor, but everything was clean. Everyone I encountered was very nice, I was immediately offered a drink, and there was no wait to start my haircut. Christian did an excellent job with the cut - he was efficient, friendly to chat with, and I love how it turned out.
I will be coming back here for my next haircut!

I had some concerns during the "dry cut" stage (since I had never had such a thing, and was concerned because I have layered, thick, wavy hair that I like to keep fairly straight as it's easier to control) but decided to see it through, since I'm not a stylist. I bought a Groupon deal for Peter Anthony and it's the worst hair salon I've ever been too. From the moment I walked in you can see how cheap and dirty the salon is. The salon doesn't even look like a real salon, very old and simple. The hairdresser I got was a completely unprofessional and should not be a hairdresser. I asked her to give me layers and blow dry; she cut my hair unevenly and half my hair was not straightened.
When I asked her to fix it she said she didn't want too..,,what happened to customer's satisfaction??

I came here with a dealfind voucher. The minute I walked in, I got a funny feeling. But I said to myself, "BE open-minded"! The salon is actually run on the 5th floor of a building right at bay and bloor. But the actual place looks like something that's being used as a "rental" place!
The people were nice and courteous. I was offered a drink and asked to sit down as my stylist will be with me shortly. And, she took me in right away. No waiting = a bonus!

I went here with a voucher purchased on a deal site. I'm always cautious due to previous bad experiences but thought I'd give them a chance. And Im so glad I did, because it was amazing! The stylist I had, Mary, took her time and listened to my requests doing exactly what I asked. And my hair looks great! I will definitely return here.

I recently went from hair passed my shoulders to a pixie cut and having to suddenly deal with my hair growing 3 inches in less than 2 full months made me realize maintaining my new look was going to break the bank. This is why when I saw a Team Buy voucher for a $25 haircut at Peter Anthony with a limit of 3 per person (so basically 3 haircuts for the price of 1), I got super excited.

This place is HORRIBLE. Someone bought me a gift certificate at this place, so I didn't want to waste it. The place has seen better days. It is VERY minimalist (and the wrong kind of minimalist, if you know what I mean).
The guy who cut my hair spent all of ten minutes. He also took it upon himself to cut off WAY more than I asked him to. He also gave me a HORRIBLE style. I guess, how can you give someone a proper cut in ten minutes? I was covered in hair after the cut (he didn't brush it off), and I didn't even know where to put my robe afterward - I draped it on a chair

Anyway, I received a package deal from Peter Anthony's and I figured it's better to use it then for it to go to waste. I booked an appointment for the following week, but didn't tell them upfront that I had this package card. I guess they need to know, so they can book you in with a junior stylist or something, I'm not sure. Anyway, I was able to keep my appointment, but she mentioned
