Still can’t get over how they botched my hair the last time around… and this was after Amber used clarifying shampoo to take away the uneven tones .. so just imagine how much worse this was. The most disappointing part is that I’ve always had wonderful experiences with Amber so I booked again with her as I only trust her to handle my hair, yet they allowed an assistant to dye my hair… while I still paid Senior stylist fees. None of this made sense and broke my trust completely. The salon shouldn’t be double booking clients if they can’t keep to their promises. I would have rather waited

Very friendly staff and pleasant environment. I got my haircut and blow dry from Tina. She was extremely polite, a conversationalist (usually I don’t like talking during a service but Tina was an exception)and helpful. She helped me pick the exact cut I was looking for and followed my brief precisely. I love the new haircut. It’s something I had never done before and got me the new look I wanted.

Walking into this salon I immediately feel relaxed. The atmosphere is excellent (including the interior decorating). Tony is effortlessly incredible and is hilarious to speak with during your hair appointment. I made an appointment with him for full highlights and a cut and I couldn't be happier with the results; you can tell he is very passionate about his work. I have also been a client of Tina's for many haircuts and she is very talented and fun to speak with as well. Highly recommend this salon.

This salon completely DESTROYED MY HAIR! I went to Amber for a period of time to relax (smooth) the roots of my long, beautiful low back length hair. After going to her my hair started BREAKING OFF WITH ONLY INCHES OF HAIR LEFT where the relaxer was applied. This had never happened to me before. I had been to other salons for this service with no issue. When I first called to book the appointment, I was told I didn’t separately book a blow dry and the service could be applied and I’d leave the salon with wet hair - huge red flag and precursor to bad relaxer application nightmares that would

I had a great experience at Tony Shamas Hair & Laser! My stylist was Clarissa & she did an incredible job! I asked for a cut (needed a break from long hair!) and cool blonde balayage that doesn't touch my roots & I got exactly what I asked for! Yesterday at 4:45 pm, I got mistreated, humiliated and dismissed by a worker there called Ivan in front of Tony shammas himself and another employee. The story was that I had an appointment and the price was… not sure about it, because prices there depends on the customer accent, nationality, and how the customs looks rich or not. I’ve noticed the prices were given to me are different from customer to the customer and compared to online. When Ivan knows that I noticed that, he blocked my phone so whenever I called, it didn't go through. Also, he told me we are fully booked this week

I have been to many salons all over the world but this salon truly stands out to me for its attention to details. I arrived and was welcomed by Ivan, offered a selection of hot drinks (the cappuccino with cinnamon dust is yum) My first impression of the salon was that of a cosy, warm space where you immediately welcomed. The style of the salon was… very eclectic with hints of cultures around the world. Amber was the stylist and did the interview/consultation professionally. She was clear on what she will do and made sure I understood and agreed. The blond highlights came out better than

This is probably the only hair salon I have been where they offered me not only beverages - they have really all kinds of selection for every taste - but they also served me protein bars while waiting for my colour service to process. I wasn’t sure with which stylist to book with since it was my first time. I had read reviews about Sumi and Amber… but they weren’t both available when I called. The receptionist asked me what I was going to get done and i few extra informations and if I had seen any picture that I liked on their Instagram, and he could tell me which stylist did
