They would do well to redo their entire floor, but just cleaning it would be a fantastic start. There is no way all the hair and dirt on that floor accumulated in just one day - I've been in a few salons and that's just not possible. As in, I dropped something in the waiting area, and it looked like it had grown fur when I picked it up! I almost threw up in my mouth. It didn't help that the hair cut was uneven as well. Will not be going back - when your floor looks like that, it's clear you have no love for your salon, so why should I?
