At our office we take great pride in ensuring that each individual patient receives the orthodontic care that will give them the best results possible. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation and communication.
Brushing your teeth and keeping them clean while the braces are on is extremely important. We strongly suggest that you brush your teeth at least twice a day (in the morning and before bed) using a fluoride toothpaste. Brush your teeth and around your brackets using small round vibratory "strokes" making sure to give the toothbrush a slight tilt to direct it in between your brackets and the gums.
There can be many reasons for the crooked teeth, ranging from crowding, to improper eruption position. An underbite is characterized by the lower jaw extending out causing the lower front teeth to sit in front of the upper front teeth. Spacing problems may be caused by missing teeth or they may only be a cosmetic or aesthetic issue, or it can be caused by teeth that are too small for the size of the jaw.

The receptionist was friendly but when the Doctor
