I thought the senior person would give me a very good haircut. When he started haircut his hands were shaking very badly. I asked him several times, if he is not feeling well then he can stop haircut. He continued with the machine and he messed up my hair very badly then I have to end up my head with a shave.

I have showed him the hairstyle in picture he said yes i know he does know how to cut hair he didn’t line my beard he missed my hair from the back he charged me 40$ I have asked him line it up for me he said don’t have the shaver guys don’t waste your money and go there they charge with tax even

I went to this parlour for a hair cut and colour, they literally made me look so different and beautiful. They put the effort of mixing additional colours in the plate. Very affordable, great customer service. I would love to visit them again. H

Their barber shop is one of the best in Ottawa. They always do the little extras which keep me coming back, like eyebrow, neck, and bead trims. I've had my hair cut by several different barbers here and they always do a great job. No comment on the salon side. Never tried it. I'm sure it's great too.

Went there for a kids cut last night with my 8 year old son. They charged me $20.00 (with tax) for the haircut, I thought it was expensive so I decided to call today and check the price. The girl who answered the phone said that I should have been charged $17.00 (with tax). Since the prices aren't published on a website or at the business it's very easy for them to claim that it's a simple mistake. They did offer to refund me the difference, but I'm not wasting my time for $3.00.

Expensive? Not for men's hair cuts. $22. Never usually a wait. Downtown I pay $28. Other bigger malls are like that too. I've been coming here for years and most times I take whomever is next to cut hair. I like most of the staff there and the owner hires good staff. There's been a few haircuts that have cut my hair and I didn't like it. Well the next time I go back they don't work there any more. So its good in that way.
