Amazing service from Ali. It was my first time having my hair cut by him and I have to say he really loves hair and what he does. Ali’s technique and attention to detail was amazing. He was so thorough and made my hair looking brand new and so so healthy. I went in with long dry hair and came out with great looking healthy (still long)hair. He gave me lots of advice and I already booked my second appointment with him in 2 months. I highly highly recommend Ali. I was not sure who to see and where to go but I am so glad I chose to have my hair cut by him. You will not be disappointed!!

Didn’t have the best experience here today. Came in for a quick haircut and ended up being there for almost 2.5hrs. I watched the stylist next to me cut and color 2 others in the time it took for me to get my hair just cut (washed and a 5 minute treatment). After the dry and style it looked so far from what I wanted I had to tell the stylist what to do to make it look like the 360 picture of the hair I wanted.
Stylist was very unconfident and reluctant to cut any of my hair right from the beginning, at the end I had to ask her to layer it more and thin the ends so it sat better on my face etc

I've never once left Diva disappointed!!!
Ali is seriously the BEST hairstylist in the city.
As someone who used to cry getting their hair cut, I now trust no one else. And I've been everywhere!!! P.S -- as hes also an educator at the Salon, so no matter who you see at Diva your in really good hands!!! Thanks again Ali!

I have very long and thick hair, and have never felt comfortable getting my hair cut and styled at a salon. I’ve always felt like the stylist never listen to me and I usually leave unhappy. So getting a hair cut and style for me makes me quite anxious. However this was not the case with diva salon, I have never left happier and I love my hair! Shaianne did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and my needs in terms of my hair. She took her time with the cut and ensured that I was happy with the length. I visited Diva Salon Country Hills for the first time today and was impressed by the cleanliness and social distancing that they have in place. Alyson was my stylist today and was friendly, I got a scalp… massage with peppermint, she asked what I wanted for my cut and did exactly what I asked for. She told me about the spa and promotions and made sure I had all the products that I needed before I left. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. Great job Alyson and staff!

I was a BIG fan of Diva Salon ( country hills) until my recent experience today ! Not so impressed with the tense and unfriendly atmosphere that I have been greeted with this AM as soon as I walked in , I was… forced to use a hand sanitizer the minute I stepped in while I’m trying to clean up my boots which is full of snow, balance myself and not to fall due to a super slippery wet floor caused by the snow. I said that I just handsanitized my hands in the car ( I don’t lie) but he ( front desk worker) insisted that I use the hand sanitizer before I step in . Overall A Rude front

Worst place ever!! Took my daughter to have her hair done for her birthday. Showed the stylist the pics, she assured us that she was able to do it. My daughter is blonde and wanted it brighter and whiter. 6 hours later she comes out with darker hair and grey and the top!!’ They charged me 430.00!’ I asked to talk to the manager and she stared at me… blankly and said I should have shown pics. We did show pics!! Asked for a solution and they said come back in a month or so and they would try again for another 430.00. Worst place ever! And so disappointing for my daughter who was

I just moved to Calgary from Los Angeles, so I was needing a good salon to go to. I called all over town to see if anywhere could take me, and this was the only place that said they couldn't- but asked if I wanted to book for the next day.
I was booked with Mike, and he was AMAZING.
He asked me what I wanted- I had really long hair & was needing a chop. He asked for pictures for reference, and even suggested to me what length of hair I should go with. He washed my hair, and it was so relaxing & calming. It only took him a few minutes to cut my hair & the rest of the time he spent

I started going to this location after receiving a voucher for a free eyebrow threading, that was over two years ago and I still go monthly to get my eyebrows done. After all eyebrows are pretty important and once you find someone who knows what they're doing you really don't want to mess with that.
The staff are very warm and welcoming, they remember who I am, am thrilled when I am in each time and take the time to chat about life and what's been going on since the last time I was in.
They offer your a drink while you wait and to take your coat each time. They do suggest upgrades

Oh hi. Why do you go to the spa? To come out feeling pretty, relaxed and maybe uplifted? If that is the case then maybe stay away - FAR away from here. My experience while getting a manicure was the worst.
First, I show up, I walk in and I wait - which yes I know, I am not the queen of England but I basically just stood at the front counter for about 10 mins before someone acknowledged I was there..
When I am checked in, the esthetician starts to question me on my choices and push on all these "upgrades" when really, I just want a quick manicure... during the manicure two of my fingers

Visited the Seton location for the first time tonight, after finding out that both of my favourite stylists are now working there. Mike and Kelsey have never disappointed in their treatment of my dry, curly/frizzy, always overdue for a cut, hair. Tonight was no different - Mike gave me a great haircut, perfectly straightened and styled. The experience from the front desk to walking out the door was friendly, professional and totally enjoyable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Proffesional is a small word for the staff at this salon. I was blown away at how amazing my experience was. I came into a salon of the new age. The lady at the front counter was very pleasant and offered me a coffe or tea. I sat down for all of 2 minutes before Sherry, my stylist, came to get me. She treated me with a big smile and we went to her chair. We discussed my hair cut choice and then gave me a wonderful massage. Even the shampoo felt amazing. Sherry did an absolute amazing job on my hair and even styled it in a way I have never done my self that made me feel and look very elegant
