I really like the customer service here. The attendant is caring, & very motivated to give the best service to the customer. I have done pedicures & manicures here, & I can say they do an excellent job! Every time I came I was given service immediately. Another thing I noticed is that their prices are 50% less than other reputable spars. I highly recommend all customers to try this spa. You will be thankful, & never ever leave it to go to another spa!

This store is VERY BAD!!! I took my daughter here and they ruined her hair!!! While talking on the phone she cut her hair and if you look at it one strand is sooo long and other one it short!!
Never go here they also cut hair with not washing it so my children got lice from here!!

This is the most unhygienic place i've ever been to. The experience here was horrible from start to finish. The waxing room was soo dirty, the floors were covered in hair I did not know where to put my purse. Half way through getting waxed I realized she was using the same stick over and over to dip in the wax when I was getting a brazilian. To make it even worse, she told me it was $35 but after leaving and looking at their pamphlet it was only supposed to be $30.

Just watched/heard a customer and employee have a nice yelling match as I walked by to the dentist office. The door opened to the store and I had to stop and look in ...mainly because I love chaos lol. Apparently the customer was upset because wax or oil was dripping onto their skin and clothing. I'm sure an apology would have worked but she looked like she wasn't going to give into the customer is always right concept...such is life these days

One of the worst manicures of my life. It begun to chip and crease an hour after I got it. Absolutely atrocious customer service as well. I did not even get served until half an hour after my (booked 3 days in advance) appointment time. The person I went with did not even get served and was told to come back another day. BIG waste of my good $20.
