I was in the market for a new salon because I had disappointing experiences at the last few that I tried. Milad at One 2 One did my highlights and styling and he was amazing!! I can't remember the last time I was this happy with my highlights and cut. He had such tremendous attention to detail, took time and care to understand the particularities of my hair and made smart suggestions to help me achieve what I wanted. He also happens to be a lovely person.
All of the staff were very friendly and attentive (regularly offering water, coffee, etc. and asking if I was comfortable). The place was spotless

UPDATE: I have had thinning hair and falling out for the first time in my life a 2 months after this appointment, Parastoo bleached my hair twice in a row and my scalp was burning. It looks like I'm going bald. Definitely don't recommend.
Be careful for who you get an appointment with here, not everyone is experienced and good at what they do. Story: had a hair colour appointment in July here. I asked for a blonde shade in the beginning and after two bleaches and a dye, Im presented with something that tints green. I didn't get to see what my hair looked like after the second bleach. The team at this salon is super talented. I have been seeing Kiril (great cuts) and Davide (amazing colour) for years and they always do amazing work. They make a point of keeping current and positioning the salon as a leader in the industry. I also had my makeup done by Veronica and she was fantastic. It was super polished yet natural. Great team at this salon.

When you first walk in, you are stunned at the beauty and wonderful energy this salon gives off. I have been getting my hair done frequently by my girl Victoria, and I cannot praise her enough. She always takes wonderful care of my hair and I love my hair each and every time. She is amazing, kind and a beautiful soul. She does an amazing job!

This is the best salon I've ever being in Toronto. The customer service is excellent. Daniel is my hairstylist and he is always keeping me posted of the new products and making sure I have the best service and experience while I'm there. They have glorious chairs that massage your body while washing hair.

I have been going to this salon since it opened and I will keep going! At first it was a hair cut and style, they I got them to do my colour and now I've started going for laser hair removal treatments. I have never been disappointed.
The quality of service and the client experience is excellent. They are friendly, warm, knowledgeable. They will occasionally offer services or products they think you will like, but they are not pushy at all. I really trust them with my hair and my skin at this point. Overall, it is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

If you go there, look for Daniel Carvalho, an amazing Brazilian hair stylist.
He fixed the colouring on my hair (that was really bad since when I tried to dye it myself last time) and gave it a little cut just to make it lighter. Supper recommend!
Tatzy was his assistant and she took good care of me, she was so patient and carefully while untangling my hair to not hurt. Washing it was also a great massage, hahahaha.
And she finished my hair with the cute babyliss.
