Barton Dental has been serving the east end of Hamilton for over 20 years, under the name of Dental Office at Barton. We have always been a pioneer in dental technology, techniques and customer service. From day one, we have offered flexible hours in a convenient location in a time when that was unheard of.
For your convenience, we will gladly check with your insurance provider to find out what your out-of-pocket expenses would be under your plan. We will also be happy to file your claims and accept assignment of dental insurance benefits. For your privacy, some insurance companies will choose not to provide your information to us on your behalf.
Regular dental care can extend the natural life of your teeth, and upkeep a good oral health. The role of regular visits to your dentist lies in that your dentist can spot the earliest signs of decay, and with prompt intervention, you can avoid invasive treatments and sky-high fees. Meanwhile restorative dental care can set you back on the right path and fix any teeth, gums, or oral health problems you may have.
Dental fillings are the most common procedure performed in our office. They repair and restore the tooth and help prevent painful decay or infection that would require more serious work. We use composite resin fillings that are colour matched to your tooth. Unlike amalgam (metal fillings), tooth-coloured composite resin bonds really well with the tooth and is capable of filling much smaller spaces which means less drilling!
Dental bonding uses composite resin - the same material used for composite fillings - to shape a tooth. Teeth that are chipped, cracked or broken can be 'built up' with composite resin in a process called Bonded Restoration. This repair will restore the tooth to like-new condition and will last a long time with routine care.

I was asked what my concerns are, and was fixed the same day.a reminder call for your appointment. super clean. always… asked if I was OK. asked if I felt any pain. my teeth look good, my mouth feels good. all questions are answered. super place to go, very professional.
