A session with me provides you with a safe, nurturing space to delve more deeply into who you are and discover what is true and real for you. There will be times in life when you feel stuck. It may be difficult to know what you need or where to begin. Sometimes you will need to dig down into the dark earth before you can begin to see.

Digging requires courage. The earth is where your roots are. Western culture teaches us that we must achieve in order to have value or worth. The patriarchal mindset encourages us to abandon ourselves and our bodies in order to have more, become more, and that we must strive to find happiness and belonging.

What is Transformational Counselling Report

Transformational counselling is not about specific modalities or techniques. The transformational approach is focused more on recognizing and acknowledging limiting beliefs and patterns that create a stuck place or lack of flow, and learning to find a way to move beyond them. One of the ways we can keep ourselves stuck is by staying caught in something I call a "shame spiral."

The first step toward positive change is knowing where you want to go. I will help you set a goal/intention that will become your guide post during our time together. Each of us carries the stories of those who came before us, whether we're conscious of them or not. Let's take a look at your family history.

Session Fees & Forms Report

Fees are payable at each session by cash or cheque, or prior to each session by Interac E-Transfer or PayPal. Sessions will start on time and end on time. In the instance that you must re-book or cancel a session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be charged a $50.00 cancellati0n fee.
