Our beautiful furbaby Becky had to be put down at 12 year's of age due to complications of her health.we had an appointment for 11.30 .when got there kept us waiting in room for 20 minutes after nurse came in they put her on a blanket that smelt of death and being so upset putting my dog 🐕 down forgot her blanket at home .it was horrible lying on floor with my beautiful Becky.petting her as she passed. On blanket of death. Please try to rember your fur baby's blanket. So you don't halfto go through this. Greatly missed my beautiful girl.Always with you Always with me.

Wonderful staff and the hospital was clean and organized! I was able to sit in on my kitten's appointment and ask all the questions I had as a first time pet owner. The vet and vet tech explained everything to me during the appointment which I was so pleased with. Definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone in Simcoe and beyond!

I cannot thank your team enough for today. I was nervous for my dog as she is very attached and nervous. The kind caring staff where so friendly and understood my concerns and updated me through her appointment. I can’t thank you all enough for your caring gentle ways. Have to say... worst experience ever... Jean is so cold.. ive experience her before as I watched a customer have to make the emergency decision to put their dog under and in the panic he forgot his wallet... she wouldn't do a thing till he had the money... left dog suffering.. they told me they were customers for over 10 years today I call to get my boy looked at as I believe he is suffering and she says 3 weeks!!!! I can't afford to take a day off of work especially with the coat of this vet and you can't fit in s dog that is having issues
