Reflections Hair Salon in Ottawa, established itself in the trendy Glebe neighbourhood in 1986, opening its second location in Stittsville in 2011.
Our stylists and technicians bring years of experience with every type of hair which has made us one of the top hair salons for hair cutting, colouring, balayage, straitening treatments and colour corrections. Robert and his team are the best in the business. Robert's been cutting and styling my hair for 25 years and I call him the master!

Services
Pricing is based on each stylists' level of experience and are subject to change based on hair length and thickness. Once in Canada, he took Business Administration and has worked in the top salons in Ottawa before opening his own hair salon Reflections, in 2003 at 108 Third Avenue. In 2005 he expanded and opened the Spa.

This was my first time at Reflections and I did the Express Keratin treatment. I LOVE my results. The experience was very nice and even spa like calming. No bad smell or fumes or anything of the sort. Hilton is very skilled and experienced but also very nice and attentive and we had a lot of fun chatting during the process. He also gave me so much advice and explained everything in detail. I will be going back!

The Salon was professional and clean, and the vibe and staff were super chill and friendly. But let's get down to the nitty gritty....I walked in with at home, double bleached, covid lock down hair, super gross....roots a mess... Hilton, off of one pic of my general idea, worked his magic. Is he magicial? Yes yes he is. He was super attentive, detailed in his execution, polite in explaining steps along the way, and fun to chat with throughout the process. I loved the creativity and artistic process, and cannot wait to return. If you need some life pumped back into your tresses....Hilton.... annnnd

They offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell the employees have genuine relationships with each other. I have been getting my hair cut by Robert Boutros at Reflexions (and before that at his previous salon) for 30 years now. Need I say that Robert does excellent work? His cuts are fabulous and I trust him completely for advise regarding styling. His salon is always immaculate and he is always prompt. I have never been kept waiting and he swiftly goes to work. The results are reliable and consistent. His staff are friendly and the various assistants who have washed my hair are always accommodating. As the photographic evidence found in my profile suggests, I am far too unkempt, cheap and lazy to normally patronize this sort of salon. I found myself there after receiving a package of treatments for Reflections as part of a promotion when they first opened. I expected to receive perfunctory service since I was clearly only there to redeem a packaged deal purchased in advance and one look at me will show that I'm not someone who is either willing or able to frequent the salon on a long-term basis.
