Very disappointing I have been a client since the late 90’s and I must say the service recently is very poor. The staff other than 2 seem to be very snippy with customers when I came at 2pm for an appointment and nobody answered I spoke to a tech who very snidely said that’s because we are still on lunch and you will have to wait. Plus they have increased prices and didn’t let me know.

I started using Golf Glen almost 13yrs ago when I rescued my first Siberian. She was a handful to say the least, but the staff always did everything they could to help ease her anxiety, provide her a safe place… and the best care possible. The staff here genuinely care deeply about their clients and offer the utmost patience, compassion and skill, when dealing with even the most difficult patients. Even when it was time to say goodbye, we were provided with much needed and appreciated compassion, understanding and empathy. Maya and I were/are grateful for the years of care provided to her

Problem is , its a business and the staff are sales reps Its all about money and getting as many clients as one needs.
3-5 000 made a day minis rent expenses some vet techs for 400-600 a day and the doc walks away with 1000 the owner 2000. Ball park.
Just like our medical system ohip is 130 swiped . Chart at hospital is 600 and that crap food is 65 dollars a plate Entire medical system is a scam. Its all Run by pharma including the schools so why wouldn't it be.
Funding goes where they say it goes. The teaching is what they say it is. Bottom line is profit and the vets and doctors

Hard decisions are hard that’s why they’re called hard decisions!!! Made one for our precious Moses for him & his quality of life!! The team at Golf Glen are spectacular they’re specialty is aimed for the care of your pet ! & I believe they’re second is communicating with & comforting the owner as well!! Pluses all around! Our little guy came… through his procedure famously & loving this lil man for almost 13 yrs we new it was in Gods hands as well as Dr Chandlers!! So great full for her compassion & professionalism!! Dr Chandler is by far the most incredible vet. She explains everything she does and answers any question. Never makes you feel rushed. Amazing.
I would also like to thank Golf Glen for their huge gesture yesterday. It made an incredible difference at a very difficult time.

Do not go here! I went here for the first time from a friend who recommend the clinic and they suggested my dog go on Hills. Luckily I do my research and saw 2/4 options suggested were recalled! Are you kidding me? I warn people before you pay for the visit go to a vet who is up to date knowledgable about the pet food industry and doens't just back the large brands because she said they "have large research facilities that the others dont". They definitely make more margin/money on the hills formulated and other garbage so they push it for their business. Do not go! I will be reporting
