This is my first time in Montreal, and the hotel itself is amazing! Of all the hotels that I have ever been, we actually have one with a fridge and a microwave which is great!!! The staff is very nice and informative! Great stay.

The presence of kitchenette made it easier and we saved money on food. The room was large, quiet and clean. I was disappointed by the underground parking link to this hotel. Better look for another parking.

Great, central location in Montreal. Walking distance for restaurants, museum and shopping. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed November 21-24, 2018. Staff was accommodating and we had a microwave and fridge in our room. King bed was comfortable and bedding was soft and clean. Only issue was it was difficult to regulate the heating. It was freezing outside while we were here. It was either way to hot or really cold, blowing cold air. Bathroom is small but clean and toiletries supplied were very nice. We got an excellent price on our room. Will stay again. Restaurant on site has a limited

I chose to rate this hotel highly for a number of reasons, starting with the helpful and friendly desk staff, the overall quality of the rooms in the Condo building, and the enjoyable meals our group has shared in the hotel restaurant. From our arrival throughout our stay, the staff here has been helpful, courteous and friendly. It is clear that their idea of customer service is a practice and not just a concept. That reflects good management. The condo building rooms were complete with a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, table service and even a crockpot. There were many other helpful

BED BUGS! AVOID AT ALL COST
both my friend and i were severely beaten from bed bugs an hour after going to bed. we were running the marathon the next day and needless to say, no one slept. the hotel did nothing to compensate nor apologize nor address the issue. we threw our luggage and clothes away in order to avoid infestation at home! the stuff here is irresponsible, indifferent and simply criminal spreading deb bugs and not caring to do anything about it. it is has been 4 days and the hotel has yet to address any of our emails, with pictures of both out bodies with bites and sheets with stains

We stayed for two nights during the long weekend. We were out and about the whole time in Montreal, so really only used the hotel for the purpose of having a place to sleep.

That being said, in the short time we were there, we were not impressed. The rooms stank of mold and dampness. There was also a foul odor in one section of the room next to the bed. There was considerable amount of dirt in the room from lack of attention paid during cleaning. The toilet would occasionally break down. The electricity went out in the washroom at some point. The air conditioner did not have an off function. It

If you drive an electric vehicle don't bother to stay here. it is not so bad that the 24 parking fees are $15 but there is a catch. If you pay the attendant, it is a straight $15. If you charge it to your room, it becomes $15 + HST = $17.

That's not the worst of it. There are about 11 Tesla chargers (L2) and 3 regular EV level 2 chargers. The Tesla spots are nearly always ICE'd, meaning there are gas cars parked there. The other 2 Level 2 chargers for regular electric vehicles are also ICE'd (Internal Combustion Engined). Two of these spots are for handicapped motorists! Who

Bed is very comfortable. Room is large and clean. But everything else about this hotel is 3 star, or less. The decor is dated, the workmanship shoddy. The toiletries are cheap & small. The bathroom decor is completely different then the rest of the room, even more dated. The bath towels are small, very utilitarian. The temperature of the water in the shower kept jumping around on me and the pressure wasn't very strong. Would avoid staying here in the future, especially when better hotels are often available at similar, or lower, rates.

Really good spot on downtown Montreal. couple of minutes walk from St. Catherine street. Large rooms, good bed, a good place to stay but nothing fancy. I think it is a great deal for the cost. They have an indoor pool, a restaurant. You can hire a 3.5 hrs tour through the hotel.

Location: excellent
Rooms: meh, smelly pillows feather and they don't have alternative for allergic folks. There was a spider big one in the curtains that I have to kill. Smelly AC.
Rate: excellent considering location.
Parking: unfriendly staff but decent pricing
I won't repeat it.

The hotel is a block or two away from St. Catherine's street all the stores along the strip and not far from the old Montreal Forum. The service sensational and we would recommend this hotel to anyone that planning a vacay to Montreal

I'll start this by saying I did know when I booked this hotel that they clearly had the reservation mark as "no cancellations, no refunds".
I picked this hotel because I was attending the F1 race which I usually do with my grandson but at the last minute he couldn't go so I picked a nice, expensive hotel downtown as my wife was going to go with me instead.
Unfortunately the day before we were to leave my wife had a "spell" at the ophthalmologist which was tentatively diagnosed as a TIA or seizure. We spent 12 hours in the ER and ruled out all but the TIA which

No complaints here - it suited my needs just fine. Located on Rene-Levesque Blvd W, it's a really short walk to St. Catherines St (where the restaurants, shopping, and bars are). I was on the 8th floor (top floor) and had a great room - large King bed, sitting area with couch, TV, the washroom was pretty decent and had hairdryer (a good one, not those crappy hotel ones); free wifi and super friendly hotel staff.

It's a small hotel - as mentioned only 8 floors with 2 elevators that are a bit slow. There is also a restaurant located here (did not try it out). I got a great rate via

Le Nouvel Hotel is a small boutique hotel located along Boulevard Rene-Levesque Ouest, which is a really busy and central street in Montreal. The main selling point of this hotel is probably its location. It's just a short walk away from Guy-Concordia station on the green line as well as Lucien L'Allier station on the orange line. It is close to the Centre Bell, in case you want to watch a hockey game, the Gare Central VIA rail station, and the Centre Eaton shopping mall and surrounding shops and restaurants.

In terms of the hotel room, it was pretty standard/basic. We stayed in room

Booked through Hotwire and both my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the location - a short walk from the train station, Bell Centre, great restaurants on Notre Dame, and night life in Old Montreal.

Our king bed was super comfy, the room was clean and the bilingual staff were friendly. Would book again at the rate we got ($100/night).
