The day receptionist and night receptionist were both really nice! When we arrived we had like 18 bags with us like we were moving in, and the day receptionist helped us 😂😂 There’s underground parking right across the street that’s about 9-12$ for a whole day. The rooms were decent. Sheets and towels were clean, fridge was clean, washroom was clean. Tv kinda small but for the price we paid it was worth it. We were a group of 4, so we tended to get pretty loud. We got complaints once a night at about 11pm which is understandable. The breakfast was just croissants muffins and juices and

If you take anything away from this review it's don't stay here. Pro tip for the future look for a Quebec tourism plack outside the hotel before staying trust me. The worst things about this hotel is the extremely thin walls your neighbors will keep you up all night, and the most uncomfortable beds they were super hard and you can feel the springs dig in and dry air. Check in was hectic, we get to our room there was food someone left in the fridge, the sink had hair in it and one of the floor boards was moving when I stepped on it and twisted my ankle ruining the rest of my trip. The neck day I

Price was very affordable and the place was comfortable. They provided breakfast for free (your basic bagel and pb and coffee). The place just looks shady but it was acc perfectly fine. The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Downtown. We walked a short distance to Old Port which was very pleasant! Didn’t have to pay parking cuz they had street parking. It was definitely stressful since the streets were busy and i always feared i wouldn’t get a parking spot. There’s nowhere else to park if the street parking is full which is terrible. You’d probably have to park very, very far away

Nothing "elegant" about this place. Talk about everything being cheap. As cheap as possible. The walls were leaking, had to move rooms with an "apology" from staff that the toilet leaked. Window screen broken. The floor in some places was broken underneath the carpet so that felt unsafe. The bed was awfully uncomfortable, barely got any sleep from that and how dry the air was. The cleaning staff left other guests items in the fridge and drawers that we discovered later. Makes me wonder if the cleaning staff actually fully clean the rooms each time. This is our first and last time staying here.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had a problem. I just booked again for 5 nights in September and hope it’s just as good as last time. For the people who said the breakfast was bad, what do you really expect? You’re staying at a budget hotel in Montreal. If you want a huge and “free” breakfast with many choices go stay at a 5 star hotel, pay $300 a night more and I’m sure you’ll get a much better breakfast for “free”. lol

Good value for the price. Also, great location near St. Denis and the Latin Quarter and bus station. However, don't pay $15 extra for parking because it cost less than that at the parking lot across the street. Also, it seems a little cheesy to have the free breakfast start on 8 a.m. (when many people have to leave before then). The staff was friendly to us. Bed was comfy and clean.

The rooms are clean, but cold air leaked inside one of them. The room service didn't replace towels. Washrooms clean and equipped. Reception prompt and helpful, quick check-in. close enough to the metro station (two blocks). Views are nice, but gets a little shady at night. Breakfast is good, muffins and croissants not the best but really good. Overall, a good experience.

I had the WORST experience here! First of all, the man checking us in was extremely rude to me and didn't take the time to check if he gave us the right room (he did not). The wifi was very confusing, and the network name changed day to day. In our room it smelled like mold and dust, and the carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years (dust and dirt and tracks!). Every time I came back to the hotel, the elevator got more and more disgusting. There were handprints and marks from spilled drinks. The front desk workers never said hello, and didn't pay attention at all when we

Don't stay here. I had a lot of stuff stolen at this hotel. The staff provided me with the security footage inside the building except for the hours I said the robbery could have happened. Every member of the staff gave me a different answer as to why that was. I talked to the owner and he said "this doesn't happen" and offered no sort of apology. It was very shady. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and there was no air vent in my room which made it very stuffy. There were tissues and crumbs on the ground when I arrived at the hotel. Find a different hotel to stay at because

The staff was not very helpful, very small room, creaky bed, no in room A.C. management (you had to call front desk anytime you wanted to change the temperature and room did not get very cool even when asked to turned down low. The hallway had an off setting smell and there were stains on the walls, rug and shower curtain. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The only plus to this hotel was the location of a parking lot across the street and easy access to downtown Montreal.

If you want to take a risk of being woken up by a bunch of drunks banging on the wall the whole night and get high on the smoke of the weed from the room next door, stay without hot water on a January afternoon with crappy or no Internet at all then it is highly recommended to say here! Because, yes, you can't beat the location and the price is not bad at all!

After reading the reviews on yelp I was terrified of this hotel but once we got here I was happy with it. It seemed more like a hostel than a hotel which was just fine with us and yes the window opener was broken and the chairs seat came right out when I touched it and the wifi was spotty, but for the price it was really fine. It felt safe and it was clean and the front desk staff were not rude at all like the other reviews said. It was also in a great location close to the subway and to the restaurants in the Latin quarter.

I must admit the only reason i am giving this hotel two stars is because the staff were extremely nice. But the room was dirty, the smell of dirty feet was covered by tons and tons of febreze, there was dried blood on the inside of the bed cover, the pillow cases were dirty, the shower had hair from the people before. Also the lights on the night stands had dirt and dust on them. As a whole it was a place to sleep in but it was NOT worth $140 a night!! maybe if it was $60 a night i'd understand, but its way overpriced for what it is!!

The customer service and management of this motel is horrendous. My husband and I stayed there last year for the 4th time (previous three times were pleasant enough, but there was different staff working there - a young woman) and were greeted by the font desk worker who said "why would you want to vacation in Montreal, why not go somewhere warm" - ummm ok, way to promote your city?

You definitely pay for what you get which was prefect for me and two other girl friends for a long weekend. Hotel feels like a step above a hostel so if you are easy going and not looking for top notch quality then this prefect if you are on a budget. There are pictures online and that is basically what you get. Free wifi, mini-fride (not a mini bar - which was nice!), and great water pressure. The three of us (3 females between the ages of 22-25) didn't feel on top of us and though it was prefect for our needs.
The location was so great which was a HUGE plus for us! About two blocks away
