The shower was covered in hair. There was also hair in the sheets and tangled in the blanket. The room was incredibly small. All three guest could not stand and move around the room at the same time. There were small three beds. Two twin XL bunk beds and a regular twin bed. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in. The TV remote did not work. There was nowhere to clean off my snow boots. This caused the floor of the room to constantly be wet and covered in dirt and small rocks.

I wouldn't recommend for a long stay. The website said the bar was open late, it wasn't. Said there were food and beverage dispensers, they were empty. You can hear everything going on in front of the elevators from your room as it's very echo. If you're planning a short stay however it's okay. The service we received however was great. Everyone was super helpful, polite and professional.

My friend and I stayed at the Travelodge Hotel for 6 days 5 nights. Would definitely not recommend such a long stay at this hotel.
The staff seemed nice when we talked to them in-person, but they would never greet us when we walked past. I wanted to request to have our room changed because it was in the last room on the highest floor and it was next to the emergency exit, but the receptionist refused to do so. Their booking site said they had a water boiler, safe and would give you an extra pillow or blanket, turned out that these items and service were all unavailable.
The entire hotel was extremely

I had hair on my pillows. Sticky drawer handles and dirt on the side tables.
The hotel overall is dirty, with floors that were not even vacuum cleaned. Cigarette butt in the elevator for 2 days that was removed only after I informed the manager.
There manager couldn't allow housekeeping to clean the room and change bedsheets because of regulations, this is why I had to buy cleaning products and change the sheets my self the day I arrived.
I'm amazed how this can be allowed to happen in a city like MTL

Pay a little more to get a MUCH better experience.
Room was small and barely usable, carpet could likely be dirty (needed to switch rooms), and the lighting is the harsh fluorescent type, like you're living in a lab cage. There is parking on site, but you have to pay $20+ a day and the spots are tiny. Free breakfast is free but just consists of croissants, yogurts, and fruit in plastic cups. Worst of all there was a stain on my sheets that I only discovered on the third day, tucked away in the bed.
Three pros: 1) great location 2) heating/A/C worked perfectly fine 3) the staff really did try

It's an incredible price for the location. I've gone here 4 times in the last 2 years. They have slightly declined over those two years. The rooms are small and slightly outdated. The bathrooms are super tiny! It's good for a weekend getaway or for a non-special trip. I will come back because the pricing is incredible but I'm not as in love with this hotel as I was 2 years ago. The breakfast during the pandemic is a let down but the location is amazing. Great price and perfect location.

Some of the staff at this hotel looked like they hated life; no smiling, annoyed deep breaths etc. If you plan on booking this place, keep in mind the rooms are very, very small. The rooms with the bunk beds are fine if you just have backpacks with you but four small suitcases was pushing it. The fridge in our room was broken and wouldn't close properly and the bathroom smelt bad. The location was great, walking distance to many things. Other than that, nothing pleasant or comfortable about this place.

We only stayed here one night and one night was enough. Because it was the long weekend, many of the rooms were booked up and there were a lot of large groups/party goers at this hotel. The parking was full (very limited spots) so we had to pay for parking elsewhere. The room we managed to book one with 2 twin beds and was TINY. Felt very crammed and although it was clean, it was definitely old. Thankfully our room was at the corner near the back so it was quiet. It also had a lot of sunlight which was nice! The free breakfast had a croissant, a yogurt, a mini danish, a fruit cup, and a juice box
