I’m currently staying in a hotel that has your product. It doesn’t work and since it took over an hour to get my luggage I doubt they are staffed to deal with this. There’s no technical number to call. Perhaps you should create a way to ping (or whatever technical savvy term it is) these devices when they fail so your help desk can get alerted and can fix.
A product can’t be worth more than a paperweight if all it does is act like a paperweight.
I’ve unplugged it hoping the battery will drain and it will stop flashing.
