I absolutely loved my stay here. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Rome but this one is my favourite.
The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They were able to secure dinner reservations, tickets to museums, and also help me out with anything that I needed. The location is excellent as well, it’s walking distance from all of Rome’s main highlights. I could walk to the Trevi fountain in under fifteen minutes. It’s also conveniently located next to Metro stations, bus stops, and a taxi hub. It made it easy for me to travel from Rome to Venice, Tuscany, etc. Great coffee shops, gelaterias

One of the best places I've stayed in Europe. Nice, clean and pretty fancy for the price. 3 star hotel at 2 star price. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Good amenities. The rooms don't have numbers but letters, which I food cute and eclectic. Only complaint is the website says they have a bar which they don't, there is one across the street though. Would 100% stay here again.

Location was really good, close to Termini and lots of bars / restaurants. The room was fine, except there was no main light (only bedside lamps), the shower kept overflowing into the toilet area and it seemed like that had happened a fair bit, because the bathroom door had water damage, which meant we could not close it properly. Also, there was a jug but hardly any power outlets so had to plug it in the bathroom, and no mugs provided. Also the wifi was pretty much unusable.

We stayed one night. It is a great location, only a 7-10 minute walk from Termini train station. And we were able to walk around and see lots of the sights. The staff speak English. It was perfect for one night. Not a lot of amenities, but there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, that don't really need them. The wifi was not in our room, but our room was the furthest from the reception area. We had a portable air conditioner, but had to jury rig it to hook the hose up. Again it was only a minor inconvenience. The price was reasonable for being in such a center of the city

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for about a week in the spring time. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, adequate breakfast items, and a convenient location close to the Termini train station with lots of choices for restaurants. Most attractions are within walking distance. Price was reasonable, too. I would highly recommend this hotel.
