Dr. Streib is a really good vet. Unfortunately he doesn’t work a regular schedule, so his time slots get filled up super fast.
I do prefer to have continuity, but the doctors are good at taking notes so that if you need to come in next time and see someone else, notes are available.
I gave them a 4 because I feel that as big as they are, they should be able to offer some extended after hours!

This year has been quite a stressful one for me with my cat. It involved many visits and communication with this hospital. Orleans Vet hospital is phenomenal, from the staff to their service. I am so grateful for them, they have helped me tremendously through my journey with my cat. Special thank you to Dr Kirk Als and Dr Kurt Streib.

This is an amazing place, I have three dogs, and they are very well treated. My one dog Maggie, actually looks forward to going to the vet. They treat their animals like they were their own. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and caring. Over the years we have had different doctors, depending on availability, nonetheless each and every one of them were caring and professional. I have recommended this hospital to several of my family members and friends, they all have good things to say about this clinic. The team of CSR's are amazing as well, kudos to all the staff and dedicated team

Through one of the most difficult situations of my life, losing my dog, you were endlessly there for us over and over again. Although things did not work out for us, because of your time, expertise, and endless care we had no stone left unturned when we made our final decisions. What an amazing group of people! Always had excellent care for my Golden Retriever Arwen. Unfortunately, two weeks ago we had to put her to sleep due to a sudden debilitating illness. The staff were so… supportive. Imagine how touched I was when I went for the mail today and found a sympathy card from Doctor Kerr. I will be getting another furry friend some day and she’ll be an O.V.H. Dog. Thanks to the team: you folks should all be wearing capes!

Such amazing compassionate people. In the summer we had to say goodbye to our 17 year old cat, a much loved member of our family. During COVID it meant that protocols would be making things a little more different than usual, but we were treated with the utmost compassion and professionalism. It made the very difficult task a little easier and… was so appreciated by us.
We welcomed a new kitten into our family in November, and she is incredibly active and curious and ended up falling and hurt herself, so off to the clinic and again nothing but the most caring and professional service. A

I am always very skeptical going to a new vet; but I've taken 2 cats here now and had really good experiences. They take Covid precautions very seriously right now, so kudos to them. No one is allowed inside the building unless it is for a euthanasia; so if you need to be with your pet, it might be abit difficult. But they are a great vet hospital, and I would recommend. Currently with Covid, they aren't taking cash, but they accommodate through etransfers.

Service during COVID was smooth and efficient. Drive into parking lot and someone comes and gets your pet. All you have to do is sit and wait, have a coffee and read a book. This is a difficult time but staff are still helpful friendly and very caring. Sun sleet snow and rain - they work tirelessly outside to keep you and your pet safe. Amazing people. Wish them all a vacay in the sun when this is all over. Xo

I love this hospital!!! I recommend this hospital because we have been coming here for over 16 years. The vet techs are all so warm and kind and when I call I tell them it doesn’t matter what vet I see because… they are all so good. Especially with this terrible situation we are going through right now. My poor old dog was seen the same day I called and within an hour he was in and out and on the mend! Thank you so much!
