I spent 3 hours trying to get ear drop for my bunny who had an ear infection. Every clinic I contacted either doesn't work with rabbits, don't take new patients, or are full. Dr Patel and his team squeezed me in for a quick appointment. I drove from the other side of town. He was so friendly. Thank you Dr Patel

I just wanna say Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Patel. You helped my dog from the moment we walked in and gave him another 7 months to live before he became worst, yesterday was the hard choice ever to put… him down and you guys took the best interests of everything and wasn’t about money and I thank you guys! I find this vet to be very high throughput. Each time we go, everyone is in a rush to get to the next "patient" and the Dr does not take the time to explain things or offer options. Our dog was diagnosed with diabetes here but they vet did not follow up properly to ensure it was controlled or to determine a proper dose of insulin (eg monitor a glucose curve). Also, they are regularly out of supplies like insulin, prescription food, and syringes. We are quite happy at our new yet.

I am a very old client of Tenth Line. I have a lot of pets and I have experienced serval hospitals in town. I would not say this hospital is the best veterinarian, but it definitely on the top list. Staff are super responsible and warm. They welcome you with their charming smile and greeting for every visit. Doctors are extremely professional. They give my pets excellent treatments and professional suggestions all the time.

When my cat became ill I was told she needed emergency attention. After reaching out to all the emergency vets in the city and expecting a 5+ hour wait, I decided to call this vet and they were able to see me the same day even though they were booked and stayed after hours to finish up. I've recently had to return for another issue and was able to book an appointment online for the next day. Dr. Patel and every vet tech and staff member I've met have been kind, friendly, empathetic and efficient. I also found the prices reasonable and fair. I already had a vet but I won't be going back. I am a foster volunteer for Furry Tales Cat Rescue and have been dealing with 10th Line Animal Hospital for some time. Dr Patel is excellent, caring, knowledgeable, responsive and literally runs from vehicle to vehicle during pandemic curb side service. The staff are equally excellent and I’ve never had a bad experience. A+

Amazing, professional, caring service. My guinea pig injured his eye and we couldn't get him in anywhere. Our regular vet couldn't see him for at least 6 weeks and just told us to "wait" and because it wasn't life threatening the 24-hour emergency clinic couldn't see him right away. When I called the team at Tenth Line Animal Hospital to see if they did emergency services for exotic pets, they were able to see him the next day. We went last week to see Dr. Patel with our kitty Luna. Dr. Patel very efficiently diagnosed the urinary tract issue with our cat and was very honest and professional about his opinion and diagnosis. Our kitty cat is back to being perfectly happy and healthy and we cannot thank Dr. Patel enough for everything that he has done. He was also very considerate about our budget. Dr. Patel is very compassionate and truly loves animals. We have observed how he tirelessly handles and treats pets and by how well he communicates with their owners. He is very patient and listen very attentively, never rushing his clients. He is very knowledgeable and gives as much information as he can and explains options for treatment… very thoroughly. When giving estimates for treatment, all costs are mentioned—there are no surprises.
