Have been going to this clinic for almost 10 years. Had a great experience especially with Wylie. The only downside is they change Dentist very often that every visit you see different Dentist. They used to have excellent receptionist, not anymore. They refuse to try to help out their patients. I will miss Wylie, but its time for us to change Dental clinic

One of the best places to go for dental surgery, I absolutely love the doctors here, they’re amazing and work with you in every way!!

I didn’t feel like I was a stranger sitting in the dental chair. I had the confidence to ask anything under the sun. I felt the Filipino assistant and the Lebanese dentist showed how much they cared throughout the RCT procedure.

They handle everything politely Dr.Kim fixes you up and his staff are really nice 😊

I recommend West Edmonton Mall Dental Centre without hesitation. I would say the key word to describe the atmosphere expressed from reception, hygienists, assistants and Dentists is WARM! Very caring and gentle people, especially if one has anxiety. I have been attending for several years now and really appreciate the skills and knowledge as well as the fact that I have never been "upsold" unneeded work. Sincerely.

All of the staff were wonderful. Dr. Kim listened well to my concerns and provided exceptional feedback. The costs, considering that I do not have insurance, were very reasonable. The office is organized, uses modern equipment, and is easy to get to.

The dentists and hygienists here are seriously invested in patient care. At other dentists I have been to, my concerns were often blown off, but my hygienist and dentist here took time to listen to my concerns, and talk me through some possible solutions! They were gentle and calm the whole time, and the environment was so friendly. Not only that but the receptionist was patient and made sure to carefully talk me through pricing and insurance. And for those of you, like me, who feel more comfortable with female practitioners, everyone I saw the day I went was female.

It’s always a welcoming environment and that wonderful lady who takes care of my teeth is amazing !!!

Our hygienist,Wylie, is great. I have a really bad gag reflex and she has worked to make my appointments so much easier as the years have gone by. I really appreciate her extra efforts.

You can be on time in your appointment and staff are very approachable.

100% recommended, the staff here is really nice, the doctor is totally honest and takes care of the patient, making sure you are ok and charging only for what is needed, I would t hesitate coming back here
