I spontaneously treated myself to a beautiful ring I saw in their showcase window, it was stunning and 50% off! Kay helped me with that purchase. She was very welcoming, knowledgeable of their products and personable. From start to finish, the whole visit was a wonderful experience!

Beware of buying your Valentine gifts from here-won’t get them sized on time or even honour the price tag! My husband and I bought my ring for Valentines from the Langley location and were promised to receive it in a week but now they called after a week saying it’ll be another week! Then I bought my husband his ring from the Guildford location… paid for it and was told re-sizing would cost $100 but then got a call that evening explains the ring was discontinued and now it was $200 more to be made by their supplier. If it was discontinued then why have it on sale for Valentine

My mom and I were helped by mostly Charlotte and one other beautiful lady who’s name I did not get. My bracelet broke and Charlotte went above and beyond to try and see what she could do to help me, they ended up replacing the whole bracelet! I took a gold necklace for an attempt to repair. The two sour faced “ladies” working asked if I had a receipt. The necklace was clearly purchased there. I told her it was a gift, so I had no receipt. The one sour face “helping” me looked as if I had slapped her in the face. By asking for help. No help at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought two things a citizen eco $500 / and a ring $500 . I went today as other day and I found the same situation the person was so rude . I was asking few things and they loose my info they can’t find my phone number 😂, I thought that they improved they skills regarding to costumer services but no they are so rude . Came in to get my find out my current ring size. It was not busy and I got no welcome or smile or hello from a young woman working who made eye contact with me so that was awkward. I asked for my finger to be sized, she was silent and nodded to her co worker to help me instead. This older women was not friendly either. I found out my ring size but won’t be back to purchase anything.

My husband purchased a engagement ring and was still under warranty the diamond fell out within a few months and they will not fix it for him at all I don’t recommend ever buying anything from This Jewelery store,very rude and even there people higher up make ever excuse not to fix the ring and to top it off it’s a five hour drive to there store and asked them to send ring back to us they are not professionals in how they treat there customers I would never recommend buying from this store at all unprofessional

We purchase an engagement ring from this location. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob who spent a long time with us allowing me to try on different rings and giving us all the details of each one. Not once did I feel rushed or as if he was running out of patience. He made the experience enjoyable and fun which allowed me to feel comfortable and certain of the one I wanted.

My wife stopped at this store at the Bay Centre while I was on my phone outside the store dealing with a cell phone problem. My wife was talking with a blonde-haired clerk in her late 40’s or 50’s (didn’t catch her name) as she was looking for a Pandora charm for our daughter. I made an appointment to see Harold with Imperial Gem Lab Ltd. through Ann Louise Jewellers in Metrotown for an appraisal. Harold is very knowledgeable and professional. Only problem I have is with Ann Louise store. The staff there tried to jam too many customers with not enough time in between. Harold's website (Imperial Gem Lab) clearly stated that one should allowed half an hour for each piece of jewelry to be appraised. I told the staff at Ann Louise store when I made the appointment that I have 4 pieces of jewelry to be appraised. I am surprised to find out that they only allowed 30 minutes

After being ignored, we waited until one of the ladies at the counter was available and politely approached her to ask if they were able to help us shorten a necklace. The lady glared at us the entire time as we walked up to her and then very rudely told us, "Not today. VERY. BUSY." before turning her back to us condescendingly.

Thank you Ann Louise for ruining my wedding! What was supposed to be a nice an exciting preparation turned into nightmare because of Ann Louise store. I truly regret the day I ever walked into the store and talked to incompetent and unprofessional sales assistants.

Walked into the store on a rather lazy Sunday looking to buy a mens ring and I must say that I'll never walk into this place again.
Not only were the two employees there stand-offish when i approached them looking for a mens ring. They down right refused help me find out my ring size!!
I asked them if they could size my ring finger...since thats important when buying a ring....and they said "Sorry the Goldsmith isn't here to assist with that". Uum really! First off im not buying gold im looking for mens tungsten and Secondly if you cant use a major to size a ring your in

Ideally, I'm hesitant about buying a watch from a general jewellery store like AL, but hey, they've been in business for decades so that can't be a bad thing.
And have to give credit to Lindsay, she knew most of her stuff. While there's a 2 year warranty on the 'movement', just not on the rest, so even a $5,000 watch doesn't ensure confidence lol. Well, they've been sponsoring the Olympics, and been around for over 100 years.
Just the Aquaracer would interest me given it's water resistant, but still, the shopping experience would be more fun going
