This is an addition to an earlier review I did.
Took in a necklace to just get a larger ring installed for the clasp to grab onto. The work was swift. I would just suggest that if you go in, it's preferable to deal with the older gentleman or the younger guy (who is probably his son) On this second occasion, I was serviced by the older woman who was just all business. When I patronize a small family run shop (which I always like to support), I expect to be treated like my choice is appreciated and to have a friendly greeting. She did repeatedly (3 times) ask me if I wanted to buy anything

I brought in a ring that was cut, needing it to be soldered. It had several minor scratches as well.
By the time it was returned to me (paid extra for same day service - received it back within an hour and half) it was flawless and in better condition than when I first purchased it online.
The prices were also half of what places like Michael Hill and Peoples charge. Highly recommended!

Brought in 2 silver cuban bracelet to remove links and they did the absolute worst job that I have ever seen. All the links appeared bad soldering, porosity and cracks. When receiving the bracelets back, they even convinced me that it won't fall off (LOL). The price is somewhat high comparing with other jewelers. I'd recommend staying away from the place if you look to repair your jewelry.

I would recommend Tony to everyone! He was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made custom wedding bands for us. My design was a very unique eternity band and he was so patient with me from start to finish. His communication was great as he phoned me to check out my diamonds when they arrived, then I was able to try on my eternity band before he… put the diamonds in to ensure a perfect fit. This is the best goldsmith in Vancouver. It is a family run Jewellery store with the best customer service, competitive prices and incredibly quick turn-around times. We purchased three custom rings from them and Tony brought our dreams to life! I will be purchasing one more custom ring from them. I highly recommend them. They are just the best.

Extremely happy with our matching custom made rings. These are honest people and everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable.
We wanted our rings engraved with Chinese characters and Tony and his family went above and beyond to make it happen.
They even had someone to get it appraised.

I was gifted some diamonds from a family heirloom to use in my wedding band. Tony did an amazing job retrieving them and helping me with the design. Ultimately he made me two different plastic 3D models and I got to choose the one I liked best. Friendly, fast and high quality service. I have already gone back to purchase my fiancé's band from their available jewelry selection.

These guys are so nice and good at what they do. We had our wedding bands sized here, and they did an excellent job. My ring was so shiny afterwards that I almost didn't recognize it. I also wanted to buy something very specific for a friend, but they didn't have it in store, so they ordered several pieces for me from a supplier so that I can go in and pick the one I liked. Not to mention they always seem to have good sales on, so I got myself a little gift too while getting a gift for my friend. Would definitely go back.

They repair watches but they do charge a decent amount for simple repairs! To install a strap
provided was $5 simple task like 1min. For the strap pins which one were too large were an extra $5 ughhh. $5 extra = $10 in total. just be upfront on costs as Much

I looked all over Vancouver and Calgary for a skilled goldsmith to resize my Cartier love men's ring in platinum. Because of the screw pattern on the ring it can be a tricky job and most places had recommended cutting a chunk out, which would result in an uneven pattern.
