Bring in your jewelry for a little TLC - we can help restore the finish of your loved jewelry so that it looks brand new. Give a personal touch to your jewelry. We offer custom engraving to give permanence to the memory, the story, the significance of this special piece. My wife commissioned three bracelets to NWA Goldsmith for her bridesmaids as a thank you gift and we couldn't have picked a better goldsmith.
To slash costs and save time, the mass production of jewelry has led to a steady erosion of proficiency in artisanal techniques. Many manufacturers today lean on casting jewelry from molds in their production, but this comes with a big downside. Casting reduces hardness and strength of the material by 50%.
Our NWA specialists are here to help you throughout every step of designing your special engagement ring and custom piece. Our Vancouver studio is open Monday to Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM for one-on-one consultations. Weekend appointments are also available upon request. Following your first consultation, we turn around design mocks within 48 hours, with your final piece in hand up to less than four weeks after the quote approval.

I took my platinum wedding set in for sizing; after consulting with Sanford and trying many different sizes of rings on, my size was determined and the ring was sized. The cost was quite high to size ($1600.00) although we felt worth it. After picking up the ring, within a day or 2 it became apparent that the ring was too big. We went back and determined that the ring needed to be sized down a half size. We were quite surprised to learn they were going to charge us $600 to do this; he agreed to knock $200 off the cost. With taxes in we still spent close to $600 to have it resized again. My husband

I took a silver necklace in to get it remade as a rose gold necklace for my aunt. When I got the final necklace, it looked a little odd (the pendant was not loose on the chain, it was attached to the clasp) and I mentioned this so they showed the original and it was the same situation. I thought it was weird but I'm not familiar with that necklace so I just took it and gave it to my aunt. When she saw it, she told me they had rearranged her original necklace and duplicated it on the rose gold necklace so she had to go to another jeweler to get it re-done. They are very nice people but the attention
