I understand that this is a business and during these COVID times, doctor’s offices aren’t working at full capacity and still have bills to pay. But...how about cutting your patients some slack. Recently, I had to cancel two appointments the day of. Not ideal, I know. Here’s why...my Mom is on 24/7 oxygen and her mobility is impacted. Therefore, we booked our appointments back to back so that I can get her there safely. The day of our appointment, I woke up feeling very unwell.
