Everyone at this office is super kind (genuinely) and very knowledgeable! They go above and beyond to inform you and teach you about your eyes! Prices are standard. They have many brand named frames to choose from that are a little less expensive then other major vendors. Great part is if you see a pair of frames at another store, simply call provide them with a model number and they’ll more than likely have them ordered in a few days!

I love this place and the people in it. They really care about your eyes and giving you the best service. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr Bolt doesn't cut corners and makes sure you get the best possible results, she explains everything in details and answers all your questions. Plus tons of fancy gadgets that make you feel you're in a spaceship. Good stuff.

I was looking for a new optometrist after dealing with some issues with my eyes, and I am so glad I went with Central Optometry. The facility is bright and clean, with lots of options for glasses/sunglasses. I interacted with many staff members and they were all beyond friendly, kind, and helpful. My appointment was with Dr. Boult and she was amazing! She was so professional, genuine and supportive. She seems extremely knowledgable and did a great job explaining my results from the tests she conducted. I like that they direct bill as well! Highly recommend!

As someone who's had a lot of frustrating experiences with dismissive or rude doctors, I read a lot of google reviews on optometrists around London before committing to one. I'm really glad I did as it led me to Central Optometry and I can assure you all of the great reviews are just a reflection of the wonderful staff and optometrists they have.
I went in for an eye exam and although it's a pretty standard thing, Dr. Heather Sangster made it a great experience as she was so kind, attentive, and validated every question I had. I wish she was my eye doctor as a kid!

I went to look at enchroma glasses(for color blindness) as there were new models out more specified for my color blindness. I had purchased 2 pairs here before and the experience was excellent.
This time was a different story. I let the desk attendant know I was from out of town and wanted to see the new lenses for strong protan as they are… specific to my color blindness so I could make a decision to order them or not.
I was told I had to book an appointment to see an optometrist. I let them know I didn’t need any info and just wanted to see the new lenses.

I had a very good experience at Central Optometry at my first appointment with them. It was a bright welcoming office and the staff was very friendly. My longtime optometrist retired and Dr. McCann was recommended to us by a friend. I am extremely pleased and look forward to a long relationship with Dr. McCann and the staff at Central Optometry.

I am very disappointed. The service was fine, per usual, the eye exam was good, but I am learning that they are only interested in taking my money. I had a quote taken for a pair of very nice glasses that I was fully intending on purchasing, but since my prescription hardly changed I was waiting a bit longer as I had to pay $125 out of pocket for… them. I was going to order some cheapies online in the meantime (as a secondary pair to leave in my vehicle) and when I called to find out my PD they refused to provide it to me unless I pay $50. Really? This was a great experience ! Dr. Boult was professional and friendly, as were all the other staff I spoke to. There were no surprises, everything was well explained and multiple options were presented. I never felt like I was being pressured or upsold. The office is bright and cheery and follows excellent health and safety pandemic protocols.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They answer your questions politely. They have set up the office according to new guidelines and I feel safe. Their equipment is up to date and both Dr Trajack and Dr West are good eye doctors. We as a family have been going there for years. My parents, my daughters go there and now my grandson will go there too. It’s a family there and that’s what I like!! They care about you !!
