This would be a 5 but is a caution to families a 4. The hotel, the staff- everything is awesome - wonderfully dog friendly. If you have been to Paris France when you arrive here you will have déjà vue - very old Paris feel which is wonderful. A few stairs which are challenging but manageable. Close to good restaurants and shopping.
The caution - the area is an attraction to street we people. I would not walk around this area with small children and suggest you exercise caution as an adult after dark. While walking the dog my husband was spit on, they are sprawled everywhere - drunk, high and

Amazing hotel, great and kind staff - they were extremely kind to my boyfriend and I during our stay. We checked in very late due to a long layover, but we were still greeted with a smile, kindness, and great service.
The room and bed are also very comfortable and cosy. Had a great sleep here.
An added bonus also is that they are pet friendly. My boyfriend and I brought our small cat. The location is also very convenient being downtown and close to many shops and a pharmacy.
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here, thank you so much for giving us such amazing service!

When we arrived to the hotel we were given the wrong room and after settling in we were told to pay more or move , this wouldn't be that bad if the room we were given wasn't so unpleasant. The room was freezing cold because a window did not shut properly and was broken. I couldn't take a bath while being freezing cold because the bath plug was broken. We complained about the window and they denied it being broken even though it clearly does not work properly. The man that we met when checking in was very forceful about him parking my mom's car to the point where it was very uncomfortable. I wouldn

I stayed here in November/December for 7 nights. The place has a character, very clean, centrally located and the staff was amazing. Turgay, the general manager and his team are very friendly, attentive and professional. Ask them for anything and they will make it happen. I stayed at Suite#5 on the second floor, it had everything I could ask for: nicely decorated, clean and spacious, 2 big screen TVs, a very clean kitchen, nice bathroom, a work desk and view of the Cross on the Mont Royal. This place has become my favorite in Montreal and I strongly recommend it to everyone.

I called last minute and spoke with Turgay, he was extremely accommodating and even upgraded our room upon our arrival. We got to play music and make loud noises with no complaints. Really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to fellow travellers :) thank you!

Our second stay at Parc Suites was somehow better than the first! My partner and I spent the weekend walking, eating, and taking in the sights near this well-appointed hotel.
Our suite was well furnished and cozy, again with a little balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee. We had some trouble with the remote for our TV, but the issue was solved by the staff within a couple of hours.
We took more time to explore the neighbourhood nearby. The dep next door has a good selection of staples if you arrive late but would still like to cook a meal. There is a grocery store nearby as well. This

Everything was very clean and tidy. the owner was very friendly and interested. As a location, you can go almost anywhere with a walking distance. That was what I loved the most. I recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place right in the center. Thanks Turgay you are the best host in town😊 I will come again.

I can't say enough good things about this great little boutique hotel situated on Parc Avenue in the heart of beautiful downtown Montreal !!! And the experience starts with the General Manager Turgay !! I originally found out about this place online and after having some issues with my online booking Turgay reached out to me directly to make things right... And as you can see based on my 5 star rating, he met and exceeded all my expectations to the point where the Parc Suites Hotel is now my go to spot when visiting my hometown of Montreal 🥂 I can hardly wait to go back !!!

Parc Suites is Montreal’s best hidden gem!!!! we will never stay anywhere else but here in the future.
We got in super late and were greeted by the incredible general manager (Turgay). He was hospitable, knowledgeable, sweet, and so accommodating. He absolutely made our stay wonderful!
Next, our accommodations were amazing. We felt like we were in Europe. The room was perfect and so clean! It was huge, spacious, and luxurious. we can’t stop raving about it!
Lastly, the hotel location is unbelievable - right in the center of everything. Close to fine dining, fine shopping and sight seeing

Quaint little place in the heart of downtown. Some quality renovations underway that will really spruce the place up. In the meantime prices are quite reasonable. Lots of little quirks that I'm sure they'll improve over time : access to parking, the waiting time for hot water, badly installed plumbing fixures. The room had great decor with alot of attention to marble surfaces and quality walls. Nice size and layout. Stairs and no elevator, in case that matters to the mobility challenged.

I didn't rent a room but I kept my bags here since I had to check out of my airbnb in the morning and my flight was at night. Great price for the day, central area, close to downtown and Old Port. Just make sure you get a receipt or something. I didn't have a problem but the guy that was there when I picked it up wasn't the same as the guy that was there when I came back. The receipt smoothed things over.

I stayed here for 5 days in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The room was good, although AC could be better as the AC unit is in the living room with a small fan in the bedroom to move cold air from living room to bedroom. Service was really good and the manager and his assistant were extremely helpful. Free on-site parking was another big plus. Location was within walking distance of Mont Royal, the Place D'Arts, the Festival area, a subway station and about 3 or 4 buses so we did not move the car until the last day when we decided to visit the Old Port area late at night. I really enjoyed it here. A little small but good! One thing is the Ac doesn't work as best in the bedroom. A little outdated, but does the job! Ac is still cool enough, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen! Everything you need! HOWEVER. The parking is behind the hotel, and is extremely sketchy where you have to remove everything in your car just in case.... it is near an area where homeless people sit around. But overall very good.

I stayed here for 3 nights (4 days), and it's a nice 3-story boutique hotel near downtown core, that comes with lots of stairs (no elevators), free fast-wifi, and free parking (worth it). The entrance is secure and requires access card to enter, followed by climbing stairs - which is a good exercise to prepare you for climbing Mount Royal stairs.

Management and staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and secure. There's always someone available at the press of a button.

The hotel convenient and close location to downtown core as-well as the free parking, ease

We booked for Parc Suites but were placed nearby at 3485 Du Parc Avenue, a short way up the street above Cacao 70 Parc. We didn't use a car in town, so no parking comment.
I booked here based on reviews online. My experience was pretty mixed.
On the positive side, the room was awesome. The large room had a modern motive and decor (lots of IKEA going on) and the kitchen was well supplied to allow cooking in comfort. There were two nice sized televisions, comfortable sitting area, and the highlight of the room was the large double full body shower which at the end of the day really feels good

This hotel has 8 rooms. I booked using Hotwire and got a great deal.

Check in was no hassle. The front desk attendant was very courteous and showed me two different rooms. One I had actually booked and a different room which I could upgrade to for $20/night.

I was out and about during the day and so only used the room for sleeping at night. It's a great place to sleep ... very quiet. And if you get munchies during the night there are plenty of options across the street and a 24/7 convenience store to the right of the hotel.

I would recommend this place for a drama free, no hassle experience

Clean, comfy, and great location. We were just visiting for a night but so happy to be able to be in central location and walk all over and have car parked at hotel- close to McGill, Latin Quarter, St. Laurent, etc. Staff very sweet. Someone is always close but may not be at the front desk so best to arrive at time you indicate you will check-in. We were a little early and had to call. You can park in front of hotel while you check in.

Affordable, comfortable hotel in Montreal. A group of 5 of us stayed at Parc Suites for my bachelorette party and it provided exactly what we needed. It's more like a bed and breakfast since each room has a fully equipped kitchen, and it's a more personal check-in process than a hotel. We were greeted by Tourgay (owner?), who allowed us to check in early. We thought we were getting a room with 2 beds, but it turned out to be 1 king bed, a pull out couch and a cot. He was still working on figuring out which room to put us in when we arrived, but we ended up on the top floor. It was a nice

We stayed at Parc Suites for two weeks in September and gladly recommend it. The hotel is in an excellent location at the intersection of downtown Montreal, McGill University and the Plateau Mont Royal neighborhoods. It is convenient to public transit - about two blocks to the subway at Place des Arts and bus 80 on Avenue du Parc. The immediate neighborhood of the hotel is dominated by McGill students and seems very young. There are two fine restaurants, Pullman and Isakaya, within steps of the hotel, and two markets and seven coffee shops within a half-block. This is a modest hotel both in

This little (eight-room) hotel is in a great location and set up nicely. The bed is comfortable. The in-room kitchen is very nice. I have a cool little balcony with a table and chair.

Amenities: front desk staff is very helpful, free wifi, free calls to the US and Canada, shopping and cafes are very close, Place des Arts metro station is nearby.

Quirks: no elevator, shower is on the small side, hot water may take several minutes depending on the time of day you use it.

I don't have a car here so I can't comment on the parking.

Ditto what Ian said. I have a full review on Trip Adviser but yea this place is super clean, friendly and safe. Great location and the grocery store is 2 doors down. We went on a Living Social deal making it affordable. Free wifi, tons of closet space and a decent bathroom shower. The bed was very comfy. I had no trouble sleeping.

Had a great experience here so I figured I'd set up the page. Impeccably clean, great location, choice accomodations, like a bed and breakfast but you get Crepes downstairs at the cafe or make your own (each suite has a kitchen, and the grocery next door is open until midnight.
