I don't have a before photo of my necklace. It was all brown and gross looking. Remember ladies take off jewelry when doing your hair 😂. I would say Nanda Jewellers is amazing from customer service to the end. I was so devastated before coming. Then when I saw the after process I was amazed because I went to a different jewelry store and they couldn't fix my issue. 5/5 for everything thank you. You guys rock. I did come from Surrey as well!

A wonderful experience! Very straightforward, honest, and respectful workers. With how rare it is to find a store that sells legit 22k gold, I was very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Nanda Jewellers to anyone who still values real gold. Mom got her gold ear ring re-worked 2 yrs ago. She often said her ear ring is lighter than before. She suspects some gold was taken away from them during th re-work. Another thing she said, person from Nanda Jewellers got angry on her when she said to him about this. Both very poor craftsmenship and very poor customer service.

When it comes to jewelers, everyone claims they know someone. "Go see my guy, they will give you a deal, or be careful" . Buying my ring for my wife was stressful until Anil walked me through how diamonds are cut, polished, graded and what they are worth. Everything was transparent from the start. I walked in with a defensive stance because it is an expensive purchase and I don't know anything about jewelry. His knowledge and expertise were welcoming. Anil I wanted to thank you so so so much! You helped create the most beautiful ring for my husband. We had searched for rings at so many places and went multiple times. I went to Nanda Jewellers as we are long-term customers there and met Anil for the first time. I showed him the complex ring that my husband wanted. It was a carlex design and we were hoping to customize it with two panels of gold and two panels of white gold with diamonds all around.
We were so last minute, yet still Anil was able to take our order and deliver it in advance. He responded to all my messages and was on top of everything
