I have been getting my eyes tested every two years over the last ~20 years. However, the prescription I got at New Vista resolved a specific lingering problem that I have been grappling with all these years. I highly recommend getting your eyes checked here. The staff were also very friendly and helped me purchase a pair of frames that fit perfectly and were absolutely beautiful as well. I will definitely be back!

This has been the worst experience of my life, staff was very unpleasant and rude if I could give it a zero I would , I did not see Dr Rossoni so can’t comment on the Dr , the worst optometrist ever, unfortunately I had the unpleasant experience Nov this year

If your time is valuable then don’t bother going there! You have to wait forever regardless your your appointment time and if you are not okay with that, you have to donate $50 to the rich doctor 👏🏼 what a world to live in

We were referred to this clinc by our friends.We waited more then a month to get the afternoon appointment. When I was booking the appointment I have informed the clinic that one of my sons has a disability and may not be able to wear a mask. They were ok with it. Today-an hour before scheduled appointment I received the call that doctor won’t see my kids because of the rising number of covid cases. Even when I said that will try my best to keep the mask on my son face I was denied. We will never schedule appointment at this optometrist.

This is a great place! My children and I have been seeing Dr.Rossini since the business opened and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I have been there twice since Covid and am very impressed with the establishment.

The dr and staff were all very nice, I had a spot of trouble with the old optician who wanted to charge me $300 to give me my PD measurement. But Dr Rossini and Laura at reception were wonderful and corrected the issue very quickly. I will gladly be back!

Dr. Rossini has looked after me for the past 25 years. She is the most professional optometrist who never rushes her patients . Her new office is very modern and comfortable with very courteous staff. I will highly recommend her care for the whole family
