Very trendy gym in the hear of Le Plateau. The style and vibe is pretty cool, with high ceiling and lots of space. The people working there are also very nice and helpful.

Amazing facility, small but well laid out. Lots of a functional fitness options as well as traditional strength and conditioning. Offer a free 1 day trial which is great for visitors.

Most of the equipment is quite good, and they invested in new installations. I am quite impressed with the precautions taken for Covid-19 as well. However, there is a lack of air flow and there is no place if you want to do floor work, handstands, push ups, etc. Then again, that's partly due to Covid limiting the rooms that are allowed to be open. The bars installed for calisthenics are too close to each other, which only allows pulls from the outside and no muscle up practice seems possible. The bars are also BRUTAL on the hands, very textured, and abrasive to an unusual extent.

Great gym & nostalgic vibes. Open concept gym with everything you need to get shredded. There’s a couple squat racks, and two bench presses. Wasnt too busy when I went on Saturday evening. Clean equipment, and you can tell they take care of their equipment and hygiene.

American student staying in mtl for half a year. This gym is super convenient, 24 hrs, and always not too crowded. Also the employee that helped me register was super nice and accommodating.

I love this place. Never gets so busy that you can't get on the machines you want as long as you're good actual open gym instead of hoping you're gonna have the place to yourself all the time.

The drop in classes look pretty fun though I've never done one myself, the other members are pretty friendly and I'm on a new year, new me pricing right now for $30/mo which can't be beat.

I’ve been a member of the gym for almost 2 years! It’s a very cool gym with a great staff! They also invested in new equipments since then and repaired old ones too, which is maybe “normal” but hey it’s worth saying it! Well managed, good classes and cool people!

It's a good overall gym, you can definitely get a good workout here. The equipment is good and there's disinfecting wipes all around so you can clean your machine before/after use. The locker rooms however (at least the males locker room) can get messy with overflowing garbage and not enough paper towels.. then again you are here to work out not chill in the locker.. I hope!

Average gym. Member for 2 years now, costs about 40$ monthly. They have all basic equipment, but very old and never maintained. Same applies to the floor, never washed. Restroom is clean though and shower is a plus.
It is a mixed gym with many classes to choose from and people are usually friendly.

That gym may be nice, the problem is that the owners are swindlers!

Make sure you read your contract carefully. If you have a monthly payment type of contract , they will withdraw your money even past your last payment date of one year written on your contract. You will be charged for months over an over again until you advise them. The law does not permit contract more than one year but it seems they don't follow the law so watch out or they will steal you money happilly.

See below the law they should follow , but it is not the case:

Come on- a 24 hour up-to-date gym that costs you 30$/month- it doesn't get much better or cheaper than that. I go in the mornings and/or evenings when gyms are usually at their fullest but I have never had to wait for a machine there, ever!... And they're open on holidays like Xmas an New Years!! They also have a very clean, modern and no pressure atmosphere- as a chick, it's soo not a slimy pick-up gym at all- you feel totally safe and un-cruised ++ it's a plus in my opinion!

All and all a pretty decent gym.

It's not a huge place, but it's big enough. It's never overly full. They have plenty or equipment and trainers. There's even an in house physio clinic.

If you're planning on becoming Mr. Universe this might not be your place. Most people appear to be on a quest of being fit.

Prices are very fair and they are open 24hrs.
