Weight loss, get the most of your training with minimal time using our THT combination training system. If you don't like to exercise we have programs that are short and effective using cutting edge training that eliminates all exercises that are useless, long cardio sessions, machine training, rest periods etc.
The results of having a private coach to help you exercise are instant! You will immediately begin to move better, have more energy, think more clearly, and begin to notice less muscle stiffness. Ability to have more range of motion bend and stand with less effort and after a couple of months of training you can expect to gain a precious 1 to 2 pounds of muscle, at the end of 1 year as much as 5 pounds of lean muscle and a loss of 2% body fat.

Critical: Professionalism
I was told by them that they could not help me with what I want to achieve which was losing weight and I believe it is mainly because of my physical disability. If you guys are so professional and fitness trainers for so many years why can’t you help me? Very unprofessional in my opinion and judgemental, I feel discriminated.

Through THT, I found Petr Volek. I could also say that Petr found me. He was my first contact for my evaluation, and he asked if I wanted him as my trainer. Honestly, my first thought was: "What can a 60-ish y-old guy bring to my routine?" but his personality sold me, and I told myself that this was probably the change that I need. As it happens,… he brought a hell of a lot! His experience and his energy is amazing. Petr kicks my butt when I need it. Amazing staff ..friendly, and attentive . They form programs to your needs. I train with them at Gold's Gym Laval. I lost 20lbs in 3 months with the help of their trainer Costa. He listened to my concerns, health issues and we worked to improve. Very satisfied customer. They made me love the gym again.
