I know that wisdom tooth extraction doesn't make a lot of money. But I wasn't even explained if it's ok fo proceed the extraction (my gums were swollen because of the infection). Because I heard that if you just proceed when there is infection going on, you entire body can be in danger. The dentist didn't even look into my mouth and explain if he's gonna cut my gums, or if the tooth is easy to remove.
He was just in hurry, and wanted to get it done. He was dying to put me in sleep with IV Sedation. So, I don't even know what he's done in my mouth. 🤣

My low rating is very specific to one of the hygienists who work there by the name Navneet. My wife had her regular cleaning appointment last week and Navneet abrasively removed some of her gum tissues as well which was super painful for her.
This was a breach of patient safety and unprofessional of her. Scaling is supposed to remove the build up on teeth and not the gums. My wife’s mouth was sore for 2 days and hurt badly. I’m attaching a couple photos to show the damage.
Please consider getting your treatment from someone other than Navneet.

My 9 year old has great experience with This dentist . She fixed few cavities for him .He always have fear of going to dentist , not anymore ,as his teeth are been fixed by Dr kaur . She is very gentle and polite with my son .Thanks for fixing my son’s teeth and getting rid of pain he was having before .

I had a very good experience at the Guildford Town Centre Dental. My brother and I visited the clinic a few weeks ago to do our oral exam and clean-up. The receptionists and Dr. Shafiey were very nice. Navneet was very skilled and thorough in her cleaning of my teeth. Melorie was amazing with my brother, answering any questions he had about his treatments and oral care - I really appreciated her patience and kindness. Thank you to the whole team for the great service :)

One of the best dental clinic in town! I love the experience and the customer service! All the lovely lady’s very Kind and so helpful, the dentist and the nurses also do a great job! My son of 9 years old was so happy and was relax at the moment of his fillings and cleaning, he had a excellent experience, I definitely Will continue going to this place and highly recommend!!! ❤️👍🏼🙌🙏

I had an extremely good experience at Guildford Town Center Dental. A filling fell out on Canada Day (Thursday) and my regular dentist was closed until Monday. I called around and was able to get a hold of this dentist. They were extremely polite and professional and were able to get me in for an exam the same day. Not only that but they were flexible and accommodating and fixed my tooth the same day. I believe as well the Hygienist (whose name I cannot remember unfortunately) stayed overtime to help Dr. Kaur with the filling. The inside of the office was very clean and tidy as well. They really
